“Shopping online is easy. Setting the price maximum can be a little fiddly when using the filter. Using points, it is very simple to make the purchase. They are also good a reminding you of the expiry date. It is helpful to the see the picture of the item on a person so you can get a gauge of the size. Why are necklaces normally 45cm. I like a 50cm so it would be helpful to have a choice online, like you can usually do in store. Good that you can use afterpay too. Good to spread out the Christmas shopping cost.”

“Hi, Customer service was okay, but there is something broken in your online store / shipping logistics. I was told by the team that it was being transfered from another branch to be shipped to me? Its been over 2 working days and it hasn't even been picked up from your branch. Unsure if I will purchase with the company in future once I receive this item, for 3 days+ domestic shipping is ridiculous. At this stage I'm unsure if I'll even receive the item until mid next week! If I wouldn't known the shipping is that slow, not sure why they couldn't have shipped it directly from the store then transferd the stock so your staff gets the commissions is why I think the branch transfer rather than a ship directly from the shop that has it. Seems very backwards. 1 star on this end I have someone who's going to miss their gift for over 3 days+ now.”
