“The day I received the watch it stopped after the second timer function spun around randomly. It is currently having its battery and functions checked. You may wish to store your products in a way that will enable better batter life so that when they are purchased they don't have to go back.”

“No information of item, but it is good i like it. Very Fast delivery but just left in my letterbox. I thought it needed my signture. Bit disaponted your service.”

“The bracelet arrived and it had been gift wrapped so beautifully and everything but unfortunately my sister opened it today for her birthday and it was really dirty. We had to go and buy jewellery cleaner which thankfully got it off but it was a shame that we had to spend extra to clean the bracelet. Other than that, the service was really good and it came overnight which was awesome!”

“Chain I purchased came as described and in beautiful packaging however there was a massive knot in it which took me about an hour to get out this was very frustrating and time consuming not to mention niggly”

“Very happy with the watch. Did purchase the wrong one and exchanged it at walker and hall lampton quay. Didnt give 5 star as I wasn't served upon arriving. She saw me come in and went to the back room. Felt very judged as I walked in with my daughter. Need better customer service”
