“I have not yet received my purchase and tracking shows it was picked up on 5 May but there has been no progess on the tracking since then. I lodged an enquiry with NZ Post Couriers yesterday but have not received a reply. I am very disappointed as I ordered in plenty of time to make it a gift to my granddaughter whose birthday is tomorrow. Alas, she will not receive it in time but I hope to get a repy from NZ Post soon.”

“This is the best service I have ever received. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day with plenty of time for it to be delivered. However as the time got closer it became obvious that the package was not going to be delivered in time. I emailed W&H and received a response from Rima. Her customer service was 1st class and arranged for the same gift to be at the Head Office for me to collect before Mother's Day. This was outstanding and certainly went way above and beyond!!! Thank you so much Rima you are an excellent example of going out of your way to keep your customer's satisfied!!”
