“I had an issue using a walker & hall gift card online. I had $100 voucher and needed to pay a little extra. Although the website did not seem to recognise the voucher number. Which was pretty frustrating however it could have been user error... I rang and talked to a woman Chrissie who tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. She was calm, efficient and assisted in processesing the order without any issues. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you Chrissie & Merry Christmas ps love my new necklace”

“My online order arrived within 2 days and was beautifully gift wrapped the only problem was I had ordered two different items and I couldn’t tell which was which so I had to unwrap one! Over all I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend ordering online to others.”

“I had received some vouchers and ordered online as we don't have a store in Tauranga yet. The order process was a bit strange as I was prepared to pay the difference although wasn't prompted to, and then when I called the head office the girl.took my card details, then I got an email requesting I post the vouchers. I was told that the item wouldn't be sent until they were received. I did get my necklace but the process seems clunky.”
