the new digital class is uncomfortable, it's much better with zoom.
the materials for the class were often recurs, it needs more development.
the teacher/trainer too frequently switching classes in the breakout room without supervision.
for complementary class, sometime the teacher/trainer didn't know the material well.”

“This institution has great potential. A huge array of different teachers may not always lead to quality education. Classes are quite interactive however many I find to be over-crowded. It’s not pleasant to find that I’m obligated to pay the full fee, rather than a monthly payment program. And for the amount if money I already paid.
