“For the language courses on the platform, it is interesting, the logic of learning is very well structured. The negative point is that we always have the same sequence of exercises, and it becomes boring at times because there is no diversity in the exercises. for the encounters, some teachers have a better pedagogy of teaching or test taking than others, some are warm, are smiling, others not. When there are many of us taking the test, sometimes there is no respect for the passing of one candidate to another and we may find ourselves answering at the same time or one candidate answers several times. It would be better if the teacher could name the person to answer. For the coach, I had a bad experience with coaching on my side. Something that impacted my curriculum, and it must have been against my work and my time. I was a little stressed and upset. My recommendations: A little more diversity in the style of lesson practice. Better coaching of the teachers in their exams (naming the candidates at the time of the answers) Each candidate's coach should be careful about his or her commitments to the client.”

“Hi, I enjoy my experience with Wall Street English. Especially, find Encounters and Complementary Classes so helpful to improve speaking and listening. But I think that: - Lessons are so long and need a long work hours - It will be more interesting to display rules in the lessons section instead of the workbooks section - CC should be required at least once a time per Unit - Online CC and SC should be more available - It will be helpful to have a meeting with the Coach once a time per Unit to improve weakness Regards”

“Hi. I want to congratulate you on this digital possibility to learn English. I paid for the two opportunities to learn in my center and to learn in-house. But after all, I think it's also good to study and do the encounters and the social club from my home... I think this experience would be better if there were fewer people in the group . We would also most opportunities to speak. Three people for an hour it's the best solution if you want really to permit everyone to speak more. Thank you to consider my suggestions. At the end of every lesson, I have to write a little text, and sometimes I hadn't enough ideas to finish or there is a problem of connexion , and when I return to the lesson to finish writing my text, I found nothing and I have to rewrite all. I think it would be good if you can give us the possibility to save the draft.”

“Le personnel est top,, côté pédagogie,relationnel et professionnel je n ai rien à dire parceque c super.. Peut être au niveau de la planification,on doit donner plus d importance aux thèmes choisis, plus d ateliers pour pratiquer l anglais. C vrai que la plateforme est super,,mais l amelioration linguistique évolue mieux avec les ateliers de communication directe. Un social club + complementary class doivent être obligatoire chaque semaine pour mieux évoluer. Sinon bravo et bne chance Thank you wissem for your excellent job and your energy .”

“C'est la meilleure expérience de ma vie sur le plan pédagogique, seulement que j'ai une remarque à faire sur la mise à jour dans la plate-forme qui nous fait perdre l'enregistrement de nos exercices ainsi que les "social clubs" qui manquent de sujets, parfois on refait le même sujet à plusieurs reprises.”
