“The paper (paste the wall) was easy to hang and the ready mixed paste made it even easier. The quality is excellent and the choice of paper was amazing. Will definitely be ordering more for other parts of the house.”

“Couldn't recommend this company enough for every aspect of it. firstly, the price comparison between this website and all others was amazing so I decided to make an order, I was not disappointed! The wallpaper arrived sooner than what I was expecting which was a bonus as you have to expect some delay with the current situation. I needed to contact customer service as I had a tiny problem, I sent customer service a quick email and explained to them my issue (I might add i am a very fussy guy, a bit of a perfectionist if you must, so if anything it would have been easy to dismiss my issue as not really much of a problem) well very shortly after I had a message back and I can honestly say I was shocked that I had actually received absolutely amazing customer service, kind, prompt, helpful and understanding, what a breath of fresh air! We all know that even the biggest to the smallest companies can be a nightmare to get some decent customer service that can be bothered to listen to you as an individual customer. I spoke to someone called Claire, absolutely amazing, I'm not sure if she is part owner or an employee, if its her company she's doing amazing and knows exactly how to run a successful buisness, if she works for the company they should be very grateful to have someone work for them that is adding great value to their business!.!.!.! To sum up, if you want to buy wallpaper that is good value, quality and competitive in price with the comfort in knowing that you are backed up by great customer service...then look no further, I never leave reviews but this is definitely worthy of a few minutes to let others who are unsure know that this is a safe reliable company to get your wallpaper at a cracking price!”

“Avoid at all costs!!! When I first ordered I received no confirmation, this took around a week to get a reply and source my order. They then ordered my paper from another supplier, another few days went by and still no confirmation regarding the paper being dispatched. I got an answer a few days later saying my order had been lost! It then got re ordered by wallpaper online and it has arrived today. They have only re ordered 16 rolls instead of 17 so now after waiting 3 weeks I am a roll short. Customer service is next to non existing and you can’t get a reply for a few days and they also can’t get the order right. I am now going to try for a refund for my missing roll. Again, probably won’t get a reply.”

Order volumes are very high at the moment, and some of our suppliers have been under increased pressure, not an excuse, but occasionally errors occur. I've looked into the service you've received from our team as we pride ourselves on professional and caring customer service. I can see you were replied to within 24 hours on multiple occasions, and kept as informed as possible throughout your issues. As you can imagine there are lots of customers who need replies from us, daily. We reply to everyone, in order, sometimes that means you have to wait a day for a reply. If we gave you the impression we could get back to you quicker, please let us know and we'll rectify that. The team are aware of your comments and will refund your missing roll asap.
