“The product ìs grand but I can't say the same for customer service (emails unanswered and samples failed to appear even though a follow up email said they would). The online chat facility was so intermittent that when it was available, by the time I had typed a few words it had gone offline again.”

“First order was fine. However, this second order took a month to arrive after lots of chasing. Difficult to chase as can only email and their system does not allow a conversation. Cannot call or live chat does not work. Now that it has finally arrived in good condition I am really pleased with the quality of the wallpaper and the price.”

“I have ordered from the company in the past and do not recollect any problem. On this most recent occasion it took three weeks for me to receive the order. That was a week longer than the latest date as predicted in the order acknowledgement and three weeks after the payment had been taken from my bank account. No delivery or despatch information was sent. When the parcel did eventually arrive it was a complete surprise after I had given up on it. In regards to the company response. Delivery was not within 10 - 15 days. It breached the delivery schedule provided by Wallpaper online by one week, that is 21 days and not 10 - 15.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see you ordered the Almond Blossom paper, which is on a 10-15 working day delivery as stated on the website. I've had a look into this and can see this arrived within those 10-15 working days, I appreciate it was a little on the later end of the scale, but this paper comes in from France and takes just that little bit longer. “Although the wallpaper was well-packaged and a good price, it arrived 4 days late so make sure you allow plenty of time for it to arrive before the decorator needs it.”

“I ordered on the 16th, told it would be delivered on or around the 19th, it finally arrived on the 31st, after I had asked where it was. I understand this may be the fault of the manufacturers, but I was not kept informed of any hold ups.”

“I received my samples quickly and the girl I dealt with was pleasant. I was pleased with my reduction. My wallpaper didn’t arrive at the time promised. I hadn’t ordered enough and wanted to check the batch number. I phoned and received a message that nobody was available to take my call but to leave a message which would be responded to. This didn’t happen so I emailed. I received an answer quite late at night. I was unable to speak to anyone so couldn’t find out if ordering 2 more rolls meant I still qualified for a discount. I was so sick of waiting (decorator’s arrival imminent) that I ordered from a different company. My new order worked out cheaper than from Wallpaper UK and arrived the day after my original Wallpaper UK did despite being ordered over a week later. N”

“I placed my order but unfortunately, it didn't arrive when they said it should, this turned out to be an error at Cole & Son's end which Wallpaper Online only became aware of once I had reported my missing order. For an order worth over £650, I would have expected better service and follow-up to see if I had indeed received everything all ok?”

“It looked horrible up on the wall and it is not the standard length or width for a roll of paper. The measurements on the roll are so small almost impossible to read.”

“Unfortunately I found the adhesive on this paper to not be very good. All of the edges raised and I’ve had to wallpaper paste them down which defeats the object of buying the product.”

“I ordered some wallpaper but received the wrong colour due the wrong colourway numbers been the colour chart online, This was sorted out pretty fast after i sent 5 emails and the correct paper was sent when i pointed out what the correct colourway number should have been. I also had the first lot of wallpaper picked up quite fast. I am very happy with the service.”

“It all started so well, the website was easy to navigate. I ordered two rolls of wallpaper and payment was easy also. My parcel arrived early but low and behold there was only one roll of paper in a box big enough for two…I have emailed and the company has dispatched a new roll but it isn’t good enough…Michelle Osborne”

“I can't review what I haven't yet used. Yes, my order arrived. Yes, the rolls look much like the samples I saw on line. Yes, they arrived when I was promised they would. Beyond that I can't say. I bought these to have 'on hand' for when the time is right. Which may be sooner than later. Or not.”

“Excellent Quality Wallpaper, but the Carrier Delivery used by this Company is DREADFUL !!! This would certainly put me off ordering again. They made three attempts to deliver on three separate days. I gave them post codes, name of street, landmarks, telephone number,and still they said the driver couldn't find the house. We live right in the centre of the village,the house was built in 1700, it is probably the easiest house to find for any delivery service.”
