“Once your order arrives you will immediately be hit with import processing and duty fees. I guess I swallowed that thinking it was my fault for not checking where the product is coming from, but it would be great to have this clearly highlighted on their UK site just in case. I never received an order confirmation either, this way I missed that I ordered the wrong size suitcase so could not correct it. NOW TO THE GOOD PART -- RETURNS ARE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR AN AVERAGE PERSON! You pretty much have to be an expert in exporting goods, search for various documents, make sure the export codes are correct, and on top of that cover the courier cost or any additional cost that may occur during the "re-exporting" of the goods. I literally spent another 40% on top of the purchase price just to have a look at a suitcase I never wanted in the first place. Also, you have to then contact UK customs to claim your import duty back once the return is processed which cannot be done online so you are actually required to send a printed form back to them in the post like it is 1993. The requirements for a simple thing like this are soo bloody complicated that I simply could not risk making any mistakes in the return papers so I am now stuck with a suitcase and £300 poorer. Very upset”

“Ordered 3 times from this company, first time I was nervous as I had read the reviews saying how bad it was. All 3 items have been under the £135 (custom charges) I have had absolutely no problems. Regular emails sent during waiting for the item. 100% recommended to everyone I know 😁”

“I ordered suitcase. Price was almost 200€ and quality were rubbish. It didnt look at all what I saw on website. I ve tried to reach vustomer service nyt nobody answers… If I could, I would give 0 star.”

“Must say I was worried after reading reviews after ordering a £130 purse but had absolutely no issue and can confirm the product is 100% authentic. Ordered on Monday recieved shipping details Tuesday and recieved Thursday. Keep in mind my order was under the £135 import tax bracket so if ordering over £135 other reviews have suggested you will be charged 30% of the value of the product.”

“Purchase received today - Fossil Wiley cross body bag goods as described vey happy. Site does say all taxes paid but you need to check for customs import duty. Apparently this does not apply to goods below £135 coming into the UK. Parcel was coming from Germany so took a little while longer than usual but that was due to Christmas holiday period so a little patience was needed. Would be use this company again no problem.”

“Ordered a hand bag through them well in advance of Christmas. to the UK. The order qas late and then I received a letter saying I am liable for customs charges. At no stage during the transaction was I told that there would be extra charges. I received a very insulting offer of a discount on my order but these do not even come close to covering the extra charges. It has now been days since I've had a reply. To add insult to injury, my wife was left with no Christmas present to open as Wardow did not offer assistance. They have my money, I have no item and now I am being told to pay customs charges onto of the price quoted on the website. Awful communication and customer service. If you value service DO NOT order from this cartel.”
