“I can’t tell you if these people know anything about plumbing but they have no idea about customer service. To begin with they send you a price list even before ask you what you need; then refuse your work using a really patronising tone and finally they refuse to give you any explanation. For £500 you deserve a bit more. You never get to speak to Russell - he is too busy to care about prospective clients. You deal with two secretaries, one who doesn’t have a clue what’s going on and the arrogant/patronising one.”

Dear Gina Firstly im sorry you feel this way about your experience with WarmFloors. You details and photos where passed over to me to take a look at – its myself that decides which systems we accept for service or reject. We have very good reasons for rejection – but we are not entitled to disclose them to the enquirer – same as a shop has the right to refuse a £50 pound note. Your system is too risky for us to accept due to the distance, age and manufacturer. Its not personal to you, we also reject Wundafloor and velta systems for similar reasons. Based on past experience we have been out to “invisible heating systems” and not been able to make much improvement and therefore we took the decision not to accept those systems again in the future rather than charge customers for under pa service. Im the only person in this small company that carries out this side of the work, and therefore im not always available and due to the high volume of enquiries I cant call back each customer. This is the reason we have set up the process we have which is a fixed fee based on your postcode location from our depot at BD4 7NE and the email instructions. We have been out to that many underfloor heating systems that we can now see from few photos if we can help. Its worth noting we have just saved you over £500 from a visit which may not of resulted in any improvement – you cant get more honest than that. Following feedback from other happy customers they liked the way this is priced, it protects you and us at the same time. It also prevents us turning up at your property and inflating the price based on your house. Many of jobs are in high net worth property’s. Once again we are sorry and its nothing personal – purely a business decision. Regards Russel.
