“Received my delivery and was ecstatic. I have been extremely satisfied. The very best part is their customer care. I made a mistake on an order and forgot to enter the promo code and they were happy to refund me the difference even though the items had shipped. No hassles, no paperwork, no arguments, no getting tossed around from person to person. Just a quick email, and it was handled. You never see that anymore. More businesses could take a customer service lesson from this one because they will keep my business on that fact alone.”

“This was my 4th or 5th separate purchase / shipment from Watches.com. I'm very pleased to report they are still batting 1.000! (1.000 is a perfect batting average for you non-baseball folks - impossible to achieve in the game itself. Anything over .300 is considered very good!)”

“A timeless beauty. The watch is a wonderful sight on my wife's wrist. I bought it as a birthday/ vacation gift and it was a very wise thing to do. The pink/goldtone is splendid for beachware and restaurants as well. It seems to go with most things in her wardrobe. Last but not least, it keeps perfect time!”

“I love you guys! The selection's insane (almost too many when I'm trying to make a choice!) INCLUDING INVENTORY the MANUFACTURER NO LONGER OFFERED (i.e. my Shinola Mood Watch); the prices range from fair (meaning fair) to great and there's always discounts & sales; but what really sealed it for me was when I had an issue w/a watch (arrived damaged) I purchased - I emailed CS & Taylor responded in 21 MINUTES. She told me how to properly return the watch (packaging, etc), and emailed a shipping label, only slowing down long enough to tell me how sorry she was that I had this issue. Upon receipt of the watch, Taylor emailed asking would I like a refund or a credit (I took a credit) and she promptly sent a g.c. in the full amount of the watch. My problem literally couldn't have been handled better or faster, and that's really where the rubber meets the road, right? Everyone's great before there's a problem, but what do they do when you have an issue? I did, and Watches.com essentially said "I got you" and they did. 5 stars from this very satisfied customer.
