“These are nice to add to water to give it that bit of flavour so you can drink lots for the day. The flavours are a bit hit and miss. I would have to say the Melon is the worst and peach iced tea the best.”
“I like the flavours of waterdrop but a few things let them down.
1) The expiry date of their products is very short. I ordered in bulk in November 2024 and each box supplied has an expiry date of 31/1/25
2) There is a lot of packaging, which isn't so environmentally friendly. The peel off seal on each drop is fiddly and doesn't always come away in once piece which makes extraction messy
3) It took 11 days from ordering for my products to arrive - I am in metro Adelaide, not out in the sticks. Given I can get rival products from Amazon next day this is something they need to review”
“My experience to date is that using a water drop drink bottle the resultant flavour is weak and somewhat tasteless. This has been the case using the following flavours - Ice Tea Lemon, Sky Pineberry Passionfruit, Melon (worst/weakest), Ice Peach Tea and Taster Pack..
NOTE:
One of the most annoying factors is Waterdrop's website and online ordering pages. This is not a user friendly site. It is very disjointed and hard to track what has been ordered. I receive too many emails regarding orders and asking me to drink more water.”
“Delivery was delayed due to dodgy couriers please issies. Had to chase up a replacement bottle, took way too long from purchase overall. Bottle doesn't keep the water as cool for as long as promised. Hasn't passed the test of 38+ degree days in an Aussie summer. Four hours coolish, tops, definitely not six. Yet to try it with hot fluids. Spout lid a bit annoying to screw back in. Colour is cute. Disappointed overall given the price of these bottles.”
“I want to give the product a five-star rating. It tastes so good that I'm finally drinking a lot more water. - The packing is the sole reason for the three stars. Extremely excessive packaging that is not eco-friendly. Larger amounts, powdered substance, and bottles or containers are what I would suggest. - As soon as the packaging becomes more environmentally friendly, I will undoubtedly keep buying the product and promoting it.”
“I agree with another review that says they aren't strong enough if you are putting one in 600ml of water but I enjoyed some mixing 2 different flavours together. Very interesting indeed.”
“I so wanted to love these and they taste good and customer experience was excellent but the electrolyte cubes do not travel well. Both arrived sticky and stuck to the packaging (even the replacement they sent me when I reported the first one). Now it’s currently hot and humid so I get it’s hard but given this is where it’s sold I think the feedback stands. I would buy again at the iced tea don’t seem to suffer and tasted lovely but not the electrolyte cubes”
“Hi there, love the actual product. Would like to see more product with cheaper packaging. The packaging looks great but i can imagine is a large cost. I would be happy for something a lot more simple and of the actual product.”
