“I recently ordered three bottles with the ball cap for each of my children. Unfortunately within the first two days, two of the cabs cracked and broke. I was stunned! Customer service was great about sending me replacement caps. But the third bottle actually just showed up cracked today. I’m not very impressed with the quality of the plastic caps. Also I was hoping that they would be quiet while drinking from them. And they are not. I also noticed that they leak just a little bit when you first turn them upside down, although it will stop and not continue.”

“I love all of these flavors whether they are hot or cold. There is not one that I have found that I don't like. They each have a unique flavor. I don't find myself getting bored of the taste. I would recommend these to anyone!”

“I am VERY picky about my “water bottle”, I have tried them all & broke MANY. These have already paid for themselves! I used to buy $12.00 a week just for myself & $7 a week for my kid to drink 40… now we have my 34oz that everyone LOVES & 6 small ones, 5 for my daughter so she can put 4 in her little cooler in her room & have a rotating supply & 1 small for my liquid IV drinks & water throughout day at home🤗🥰”

“What great customer service! My bottle dryer arrived chipped. After sending an email and photo of the damaged bottle dryer, customer service sent me a brand new one, along with an extra 12 pack of FLAIR. Thank you waterdrop!”

“I love my new bottles! They make getting enough water easy during a busy work day. I get compliments on my bottles. The koozies are pretty as well and protect the bottles from all the little bumps throughout the day. The drops make drinking water fun and refreshing! I want more bottles and flavors for my collection. The bottle brush makes cleaning my bottles very easy so I never have to play with plastic bottles again. The only thing I would change would be the koozie that comes with the snow bottle. It needs a long side strap like the others. Having one on the side makes carrying and drinking a larger bottle easier and more secure.”

“I love water drop and I love all the new flavors. The neon is a bit melony so I add more water and it’s yummy!! The snow and the Oro are my favorites but the electrolytes are great too!”
