My daughter dropped her cup with the outer “cookie” on it and it busted. Not even a week in. They demonstrated that the glass does not break easy and hers did.

I’m so disappointed. My Lucy cap would never fully charge, and then would only hold its charge for 3-4 hours. I wrote immediately, and it took 5-6 days for ANY reply. During that time, it quit completely. I am still getting dragged around with strung out emails.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE waterdrop. But my latest delivery arrived with an open package and nothing in the envelope. I reached out to waterdrop and they said they would update me in 1 business day. I didn’t hear back so I reached out again…no reply. So I reached out again…radio silence. I tried calling and their phones are off this week. At this point I really question the company and customer service. I’ve been ordering these since 2020 and am clearly not a valued customer since they have not resolved this issue. If this isn’t fixed I will no longer buy anything from them which is really disappointing to me.

I have 2 glass bottles, a 20oz & a 34oz. They are gorgeous to look at but they are impossible to clean properly. Some of the drink tablets leave a colored residue on the inside of the bottle that is nearly impossible to get oft due to the bottle shape. I've emailed the company and was suggested to use rice or coarse salt inside the bottle to scrub it, doesn't work. The other suggestion was for me to buy their bottle brush. Clever marketing ploy by the company. The caps are impossible to get properly clean as well, I was using my 34 oz bottle daily and a good rinse before bed was good for it until I used one of the residue causing tablets. The inside of my bottle is stained orange now. I left my lid and bottle on my counter, open while I was away for the weekend, and now there's black stuff growing at the bottom of the bottle and I can't get it off, also its on the inside of the lid where you cannot get any kind of cloth or sponge to clean it off. The "insulation sleeve" is a joke, it doesn't keep the water any colder for any longer than not using it. Tossing these bottles and I'm going to go back to my Owala Freesip. I will say that I do like the flavor tablets, so that's a plus. The photos I've included arr of the black stuff growing in the lid and inside the bottom of my bottle and of the staining on the inside of my bottle.

Love both flavors Love and Youth. My struggling to peel off the tape from a tiny cube and wished to increase 15-20 cubes per container as I drink 16 oz of water with two cubes twice a day daily. Also wish to send customers farther date expirations instead of a few months. I received my orders on March 2023 and the box showed the date expiration on May 2023.

I typically love most waterdrop flavors and was excited to try the watermelon drops for summer. I am sad to say I really am disappointed with the taste and won't choose this flavor again-it really missed the mark for me.

Well, I hate to say all this but one great thing is that I love the product! ...IF ...it would just get here! It sucks my very first experience w/waterdrop: ordered on 4/16, now May 2, still no order! Had to reorder 2 times. Had no luck getting 15% off 1st timer order & $15. off thru friend referral nor did my friend NOT receive 1000 points for referring! Company did put pts on both our accounts after my several emails so hat was great of them. I just hope in the future they have enough inventory n fast process service to get my next order out & receive it in 3-6 days as promised! I see Walmart has only some of waterdrop flavors but a slim variety to choose from, but an option if needed. So... for a great product ☆☆☆☆☆! For rec'ing product quickly _____, no stars! For cust. sv. ☆☆, because of several back n forth emails! But....will order again! What can I say: Gotta have it!👍👍

I never received my package even though the tracking number says it was delivered. Waterdrop is being very difficult in trying to resolve this… still no package… And, even if it had arrived - it took FOREVER to arrive {which it never did}

Well, $100 for this? It has to be charged every day even though it's used only twice. Otherwise, it starts flashing red during the cycle. I had no expectations I would see/feel any difference in what I was drinking, but it's just not worth $100. Maybe $25 at best if it works.

First, I do love Waterdrop Microdrinks. However, I purchased a Lucy back in November 2022. At first, it seemed like it did not record all of my drinks. Then in January 2023, it got worse, and I would be lucky if it recognized maybe 6oz consumed. I was having to manually add everything in the My Hydration app. I reached out to customer service, who in the past had been great. After much back and forth, with several videos of what was happening, the issue being escalated to the “Lucy smart cap experts”, their response was I wasn’t pressing the button on the cap to pair it. Are you kidding me? It has been showing “connected” the entire time. I’ve manually reset it. I’ve reset it via the cord. I’ve done everything they have told me to, and it still does not recognize 90% of my consumption. Do not waste your money on Lucy! Great concept, but they have majorly failed in execution.

I bought a new pull up cap for my steel bottle as the original handle broke and it make it harder to carry. While the new one fits, the top does not open all the way making it difficult to drink. There is a plastic insert and if I remove it, then the top leaks. I guess I am now forced to buy a whole new bottle. I have been using waterdrop micro drinks for well over a year and this is my first complaint of any kind.

Very disappointed with my bottle. It leaks. I have contacted customer service but have gotten absolutely no response other than the standard bounce back message stating that my message would be answered within 48 hours. That was many days ago.

These take forever to dissolve in water, taste terrible and are very chalky. Save your money, there are cheaper and better alternatives.
