“Not for me….”

“The order took 6 weeks to ship because they said they ran out of the free bag. I asked them to ship with out and it was still weeks later. I had to email several times. Most emails went with out a response on the first email, but then would respond to the second or fourth. The bag is noted on the invoice, but did not come with the order. I’m really disappointed with the customer service.”

“I LOVE Waterdrop but am disappointed with the order process. As you can see from my order I got the VIBE +3. When my order showed up I only had 1 BOOST, 1 YOUTH, & 1 VIBE. I sent an email and didn’t get a response so I went on your website and went through there. I got a response that was nice and was asked if I wanted the remainder of my order or a credit towards my next order. I responded that I wanted the remaining three VIBES that I never received and haven’t heard back.”

“I have loved every flavor I’ve received and continue to buy them, however I didn’t like the Shiro flavor at all. I tried it several times but couldn’t do it. Has a very artificial taste. Unfortunately they went in the garage. Will continue to order all the others”

“I love my water bottle which I FINALLY received weeks after I received to drink cubes. The rating is low because I received my original order WITHOUT the bottle…all I received were the drinks. I had to resort to an email to get my bottle delivered separately because the website does not provide any person to person contact info. I don’t like doing business with companies only via email.”

“This is sweetened with Stevia, which leaves a funny aftertaste I cannot tolerate. The company would not refund my money. I feel this is bad customer service -- they don't stand behind their product.”

“Tried the starter pack - product came with an incredibly close expiration date (less than a month). I didn't notice anything different after drinking any of the flavors. The taste is so subtle that they aren't worth the cost - put a fresh lemon/lime/cucumber in your water - cheaper and fresher tasting. Disappointing because I really had high hopes for them!”

“Amazing taste!!! But sad to see 1 cube is 5-6% sodium especially if I want to have 4 cubes a day :/ It seems like there’s no getting around that because of it’s dissolving nature.”
