“I love that the flavors tend to be more subtle. I want something to hide the fact that I'm drinking water, but if I wanted a strong flavor, I'd drink a soda. Water Drop gets full credit for my hydration levels.”

“Love the lemon flavor so much! Water drop was awesome with a delivery issue - my tumbler came in smashed- they responded promptly and reshipped my tumbler - and I love it!”

“I ordered the bottle with the lid. Unfortunately, the lid did not come with the package. After going back and forth with customer service, I was able to get the lid sent. The color of the lid was not what was displayed in the image. The customer service was poor as the first agent refused to send me a lid and was nonresponsive to my emails. It also almost seemed like they did not read my emails all the way through as the response I would get from them never addressed any of my issues. The second agent was much more proactive.”

“Dissolves easily. Makes drinking extra water fun. I loved the Blackberry. The cola is not good. The peach and ginger, is light and sweet. I liked the blackberry well enough to order a small subscription. We’ll see if I continue to like it. It definitely helps keep me from drinking so much soda.”

“I tried the lemon ice tea and enjoyed the flavor so I purchased the 5+1. I have not tried all flavors to make a comment on all of them but I have to say I was impressed or I would not have placed on order to try more.”

“It’s a lovely bottle. It’s pretty light, beautiful silver even though it’s not as shiny as in the pic advertised in my opinion. It’s still really nice and I love it though. The straw is good and drinking out of it is a smooth process. I was bummed it didn’t fit in my cup holder in my car but I can’t be frustrated at waterdrop bc they didn’t advertise this one to fit in a cup holder. Overall, I’d buy again. I got this in the thermo and one with a blue top in the non insulated version (I think it’s called lightweight or something) that is I think 42 oz. and I prefer this 34oz. thermo / insulated version for sure. Shipping was fast.”

“I like their products but having to deal with customer service is a hassle. I ordered a cup and microdrinks. My package arrived without the drink pods. They make it difficult to communicate and resolve the issue. When you email, different customer service reps respond so it drags the process. They ask for a picture of the contents in the box of how it arrived and a picture of the label when something is missing. That is fine but I had to send it three times because three different customer service representatives are emailing me back. One reps snarky response is I have a picture of a box inside a box BUT that’s how the glass cup came! So now I needed to send another photo of the product. This is the back and forth for over a week and it’s still not resolved.”
