“Order never came to my home. Tracking shows my address but unkn where it was actually dropped. Waterdroo didn’t care. Cancelled subscription won’t ever buy again.”

“I love the products, but it was not the first time Waterdrop delivered my order with a super delay. This time, it took 30 days. On the other hand, on one occasion, I contacted them immediately because the discount code did not apply and asked them to make the adjustment. The replay came right away and told me No.”

“I just don't see the difference in buying this from "Crystal Light". Also it is mentioned that it gives you more of a boost of energy and making it seems that it's due to the vitamins & antioxidants or whatnot, but you failed to mention that it contains caffeine. How much I don't know per serving, but I do know this much that it doesn't work like a "Gatorade" where it also has electrolytes,sugar free & caffeine free but more like a red bull or monster etcetera,energy drinks that also contains caffiene, vitamin B2 B6 B12, vitamin C, sugar free etc. My point is that this water drop drink seems to be a combination of both types of drink and waaaaay more expensive than either mentions than above, and the crystal light. It's a popular choice for those seeking a refreshing and low-calorie beverage option. Whether you prefer the classic lemonade flavor or venture into more exotic tastes, Crystal Light offers a variety of options to suit different preferences. Way more variety of flavors and types for waaaaay less. After reading the comments I was concerned in purchasing water💧. Thank you for taking the time to read this response. I am not condoning this drink, but more like shedding light(no pun intended) on other products that can serve the same if not better options for those who do not know or cannot as I, those priciest drinks. “They changed to packaging and text on the package so I thought I was buying a new flavor of passion fruit but it turns out it’s just the sky flavor that I already have re branded with less communication 😞”

“I found the taste to be very unsatisfying, bordering on undrinkable. Making matters worse, the company’s return policy where they can’t issue a shipping label is absurd for an e-commerce site. Overall, product and company have left a pretty poor impression.”

“I’ve been very disappointed with Waterdrop. I recently placed an order, received 2 items that weren’t as they were pictured on the website. I reached out to customer service to also mention how my previous order had a mistake too, and the customer service responder offered nothing to resolve the problem. My last two orders were also both delayed, so if you need orders in a timely manner, look elsewhere. I’ve been with Waterdrop for years and sadly I will no longer be a customer. Buyer beware!”

“The sales told me this water bottle is dishwasher safe and leak proof. After purchasing this bottle, I noticed the website says not dish washer safe. Additionally, took my water bottle out today and the bottle is now half empty as it was leaking in the car. Terrible product. Won’t trust the sales person again.”

“It gave me nausea and diahhrea. I had to take two days of sick leave. The amount of citric acid in your product caused me serious side effects. Please do not contact me ever again.”
