“i finally bought some more since last summer and i seen all the recipes were new gotta say im not a fan they smell chalky and barley even flavor the water like they used to”

“Cute cups, but the leak proof insert makes it impossible to drink from the mouthpiece. Taking out the insert makes the cup impractical for toddlers because they spill everywhere.”

“Purchase this ultralight steel bottle two weeks ago and never expected the quality is poor like this for the price I paid. Have been purchased five different bottle from waterdrop but this one is very disappointing”

“I usually love Waterdrop and drink it daily which is why I made a large purchase, however, this is the first time many of the boxes I received expire within 1-2 months of receipt. Very frustrating. I can buy stuff at grocery stores that lasts longer than that. I expect more from a premium product like this, that we pay a premium price for.”

“I wanted to love your product. I really did. I actually purchased your bottle and 4 flavor packs a few years ago. I think I only liked one or 2. I found it had a weird after taste. Didn't use your product until recently when I got an ad for watermelon cucumber. Thought let's give this a try. Also purchased the focus pack thinking that may have been one of the flavors I liked. Sorry, but I still find that weird after taste I don't like. Your drops have just been sitting in my pantry. I just can't get over the after taste.”

“I only wanted the blue and red box. It has all the vitamins and zinc that I need. I am an athelete. I thought I was getting different flavors with the vitamins and zinc. These boxes have different flavors, but do not have other vitamins. Thry only have a few which are not even thst important! I am very disappointed in this and how product description is not detailed on each flavor. What a waiste of money!!!”

“I love drinking water so I thought adding a nice fruit flavor would be a pleasant change. Not to me. One cube I cannot hardy taste in a small amount of water. Two cubes made an unpleasant taste. I wasted my money big time. Not for me.”

“I love Waterdrop & have many bottles, the woodens storage boxes, & just about every flavor but do buy more of my favorites. I drink it multiple times daily. This being said, I purchased the Lucy cap figuring it would make my water tracking even easier. Wrong. It doesn't fit my favorite bamboo metal bottle, first of all, but it says it fits all bottles. For me, Only the glass ones. Second & most importantly, it is simply not consistent. Sometimes it works, mostly it does not. It constantly disconnects. When it reconnects, the consumption is not stored & updated to the app like I'm understanding it should. So I still have to do everything manually. Unless a representative can help me, don't waste your money because it is quite expensive for something you can't trust.”

“Absolutely love the product however the customer service could use improvement. For some reason I placed my order and when I used Google pay, it put in an 11 year old address (totally my fault i should have checked before submitting). I immediately contacted customer service only to be told that I would have to refuse the package once delivered and they couldn't cancel or change the order. Well the owners of the address did not refuse the package, won't answer the door so I am out $70 of product. Very disappointing for such a great product to have such lackluster customer service. So needless to say I won't be ordering again.”

“The deliver time was way to long that I lost intrest. The advertising is great, seems like they realt belive what they are selling. However, the product itself is lackluster. The presentation of the product was ok, but failed to deliver in taste, smell and overall experience. I can say I tried it.”
