“These things taste horrible! I can’t believe I spent all that money to make my water taste worse. Of course there’s no refund for opened packs. So, how can you try them? I should have know better than trusting a bunch of bogus reviews.”

“The neck of the flask is small, making putting ice in it is hard and inconvenient. The tablets are not very tasty and for the price are not making drinking water any more appealing. I developed some nausea so I cut back to one packet but it is tasteless. Very expensive psych.”

“Please be aware, as soon as you purchase one of these products, you can not make any changes as it magically goes straight to the warehouse to be processed. I called 5 min after an order was placed and was told that i would need to refuse the package and wait a few days after that to get a refund. NO CHANGES CAN MADE - be aware!”

“I bought these as these were recommended by my fav insta influencer, but I am extremely disappointed… these are not natural by far and all have a bitter after taste of artificial sweetner, which is extremely bad,, wont go away soon either. Wont be making any further purchases with waterdrop!”

“The drinks are good but they are sold in tiny plastic containers. I won’t be ordering again till that’s changed. Wasteful. I didn’t buy bottled water or drinks before so this is not saving any plastic for me.”

“Love the flavor. Price is very high and service is awful. My first order with a bottle arrived with a cracked cap. Nobody did anything although I emailed and called. Second order took almost 2 months to arrive. I get it that you are growing fast, but nobody cares if there is a problem. Probably my last purchase”

“If I could give no stars I would. This offer is very misleading. You only get 3 drops per flavor which it says in the small print if you have purchased from this company before you're use to getting 12 in each. The bottle was beautiful however the coverings all seem to have a faded look. Not at all the vibrant colors shown on the website.”

“I Hate this product on so many different levels... First off, it tastes like baking soda water with a slight fruit flavor. I wish ANY review would have stated this. I would never have purchased it if i knew this. secondly, I’m not sure why but but this Waterdrop makes me extremely sick and nauseous. It’s making my stomach extra acidic which doesn’t sit well after eating and drinking. I wasn’t sure what was going on because how could a product that tastes like baking soda (a base) make my stomach acidic?.... so I look at the ingredients: Ingredients state: Citric acid, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, inulin, natural flavor, acerola powder, green coffee extract, vitamin c, ascorbic acid, stevia leaf extract, pantothenic acid, spirulina extract, vitamin b1. (please forgive spelling mistakes as Im retyping this from the microscopic font on the physical box) You can see the very first ingredient is citric acid... and the second ingredient is what I assume is making the water taste like baking soda... Go figure! I even tested this to make sure it wasn’t in my head and on the days I drank the Waterdrop... sure enough I threw up... on days I didn’t drink it, I felt fine. Finally my biggest issue is that they don’t take returns on used products. How would I have known this product would make me sick without trying it? Plus, even if i didn’t open the package, the customer pays for any return shipping. So here I am, out $100 in cube drinks that make me sick....”
