Very disappointed. Each of the cubes I’ve tried so far have very little flavor and they are not melting; I’m smashing them up. Would not recommend to anyone; waste of money.

I gave it a 1 star because I never received this order. I’ve contacted customer service several times and was told to be patient. The order I placed AFTER this one arrived quickly, this one, which was expensive, DID NOT arrive at all.

I never received the water drop box (coffee water drop)!! I only received the bottle!!

Wasn’t a fan of the flavor. The colori f of the drop is lovely. But everyone has their own palate! I’m sure many others like this one.

I can’t review it because it never arrived. This has happened before with Waterdrop. I don’t know what this company does wrong, but whatever cheap route they take has a detrimental effect on how I feel about the product. Tracking is useless. I’m done.

I order the classic glass and it was delivered broken i have contacted the company via e-mail and on the web site and have not heard anything from the company so i can't use the product

EXTREMELY unhappy. Zero customer support. The response I received after explaining that I was getting migraines from the product was terrible. Not helpful. They have no desire to resolve an unhappy customer complaint. They are demanding that I pay for shipping BACK TO THEM, for their crappy product. They are selling an overpriced glass bottle with sugar drops. Buyer beware. They will not pay for shipping back or provide a return, even if you have used a couple of drops!!!

I cannot believe that they think they provided an adequate response. I'm a consumer. I am unsatisfied with the product. It definitely promotes migraines for me. I had opened all the boxes and put them into the tube the bottle came in for storage. I've used about 8 maybe? They are seriously asking me to pay for shipping back to them!!! I've owned many businesses and I would never ask a customer to do that. Especially in this case I would tell them to either dispose of the product or donate it etc... I find it appalling that they are refusing to provide a refund unless I comply with their demands.

If I could, if give them a -5 review. I spent almost $100 in product and it take a month to shop. Try green when it's less than 5-10 minutes from my place, i get a notification from UPS that my box is open and empty. WTF?!? Now I get to wait even longer for my replacement

Received shipment with missing 2/3 of the ordered and charged items. Nobody reacted to my request to give me a call or replied to my message. There is no phone no. or a chat option for customer service. The items were poorly packed and shipped in an envelope that was partly ripped but the missing merchandise was never inside, because the envelope could have never hold all the ordered items. It was way too small. Please contact me to either send the missing items or issue a refund. I find it very frustrating to not be able to get in contact with customer service or not to receive a reply...0 stars for that!

Waterdrop How is it you find the time to get on Facebook and answer questions or comment? Why don't you get off Facebook and WORK AND GET THE ORDERS SHIPPED THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED 6 DAYS AGO! IF YOU GOT TIME TO SIT AROUND ON FACEBOOK YOU GOT TIME TO SEND MY ORDER!!!

Messed up delivery. Took over 2 weeks just to fill order. Have not found a flavor that does not taste like colonoscopy prep. They are nasty. Sorry I made the purchase
