“I wouldn't know. It left Windsor CT. On 2/5 and vanished. No updates or delivery since. I contacted you people and USPS but to no avail. It seems no one wants to do anything about it. So it looks like I'm out $40. If you decide to look into this the tracking number is 92612903032306573003437099. It's been 3 weeks now. How long does it take before you start to think that something might have gone wrong??”

“I'm not happy with this purchase at all. I was very happy with the cola water drops, but at the time I ordered these, they were not available. So when I saw that diesel also cola flavored I purchased a bunch of them. I find needs to have very low to no flavor at all. I don't even get any hints of Cola. So now I have a bunch of these water drops that I do not like that I need to try to get rid of. Also put on the waitlist for the regular color drops when they came in and never received any messages that they were restocked and when I checked the website they were.”

“Been purchasing for years, last 3 shipments have even difficult to open & The tablet is powder not solid. Also water bottle recently replaced is leaking at the cap. Not sue I'll continue to be a customer.”

“I tried a new flavor, berry and I really wish I wouldn’t have. Not a fan at all. Couldn’t even get through one bottle. Disappointed, to say the least , especially after my order was almost a month late.”

“I was not very happy with it. Water does not stay cold very long and the water bottles gets wet on the outside when I have ice in it, making it slippery and a mess that drips off the bottle.”

“Confused and unhappy. According to my invoice, I only received ONE of the flavors I ordered. I was sent two boxes of Cola, a box of Boost (which I strongly dislike) and some other random flavors like Love and Snow. The order was placed on 12/2 but didn't arrive until 12/30, delayed by almost a month. I'm on auto-order now, and if I get another box of random flavors, I will cancel. Far too expensive to spend money on grab bag boxes.”

“I love water drop. Usually. The tumbler lid does not fit on my water bottle and I havent been able to find a way to initiate a return of it? Also, the cola flavor is not for me. It has a great cola smell, but the taste is not there. But I love all my other flavors it’s just this one I’m not a fan of. ☺️”

“I really like the product BUT they (once again) sent old inventory to me. Some of my boxes had expiration days in late 2024 and mid 2024, but 4 boxes had expire dates in Oct 2023. I asked them and they gave me the 'we have no preservatives' line. I appreciate the 'no preservatives' and understand that impacts the shelf life, BUT it does not change the fact they simply sent some old product.”

“Overall I find the iced tea flavors a little too strong. Even with just 1 cube in 16 ounces of water. The peach is much too sweet, the lemon tastes much better than it smells, but still a bit too much. Then blueberry comes in at a whisper. I will not order again.”

“Enjoyed the water bottle for about a year when I went to get it from the fridge and found it was FULLY shattered. Customer service offered to give a $10 coupon, but the bottle is pricy, so that makes me nervous to buy again. I only had it on the top shelf of my fridge, NOT in my freezer. Be careful with this, it left very dangerous big glass shards. I tried to add a photo, but the upload made the submit button inactive, so I'm reviewing without a photo attached now.”
