“I received my starter pack a few days ago and love it. I love that it is a glass bottle and not plastic , the designs are so pretty. I have increased my water intake and have just ordered the tea starter pack. I would highly recommend waterdrop”

“My experience with Waterdrop thus far has been fantastic! However, given the fact that you ship quite delicate products such as porcelain and glass cups, etc. all over the world, I'd recommend looking over the overall packaging (as in the back box that contains all ordered products). I fully understand you can't be held accountable for how the package is handled during its travel, but my deliveries have clearly taken a few bumps and have all shown signs of being somewhat mishandled. I've been fortunate to not have any of my items broken, but somehow it feels like it's just a matter of time, so perhaps a sturdier box would be preferred in the future, or at least some stickers warning of delicate objects inside.”

“VIBE is their best flavour ever, I almost lost hope that I could buy it ever again, I was very happy to have it again. the flawless steel bottle is beautiful, it was a gift for my points, I love it, and I think this is very-very correct and a kind thing to give these high quality products for regular customers.”
