“This was my first order from Waterdrop. The bottle is stylish and high quality. The microdrinks are soo tasty and full of vitamins. I went from drinking zero water to over 2L a day. I placed 3 more orders!”

“I really love the product, I just feel that the customer service could use a little work, I made an order which was never delivered to me, it took several months to get a refund, I did ask for the products just to be sent again to me and they refused, they did give me £5 off my next order but it wasn't about the money, I just wanted the products I had ordered without the hassle”

“The range of products are amazing. Since using Waterdrops I have increased my water intake from about 1.5lt to over 3lt in about 4 months. It is so easy to drink more when it tastes as good as the waterdrops taste. Their customer service is amazing, any issues you may have they are quick to respond with solutions”

“I am sorry to say that I made a real mistake in buying Lucy I used someone else's mobile number as I do not have a mobile phone only a land line. I only wanted Lucy to clean the water I drink and did not want all the instructions and reminders. I like the 'waterdrops' but am resigning myself not to continue using them as the whole business is an on-going expense that I will soon not be able to afford.”

“I absolutely can't believe that each water drop is individually packaged in plastic! What a terrible waste and so unnecessary. They make such a big deal about plastic reduction and then do that. Also their sugar free statement just basically means it's full of artificial sweetener instead - why can't it just be sugar free without an artificial substitute? Shipping from Europe also adds to a significant carbon footprint. We should just drink water in a glass from a tap, I've learnt my lesson.”

“I'm so glad I decided to try out this company, any orders I make come in a reasonable timeframe. There is a great selection of microdrinks and microteas, meaning that I can always find a drink no matter what I'm in the mood for. They all taste nice and aren't sugary or sickly in any way. Ever since trying them, I've drunk more water, especially on the weekends where I'd be lucky if I had one drink all day. The website and app are user-friendly and on the whole, I've had a great experience.”
