Ordered over a month ago Item says preparing to ship Called all they can do is put me on hold then say we dont know Very frustrating I want my money back

Ordered a bed 3 weeks ago. Have been charged THREE TIMES for it and it still hasnt even shipped! The delivery date has came and gone a few times now and now the shipper says they havent even received the item from wayfair yet.

Absolute jike of a company, been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a refund rung up 3 times and twicw they havent processed the refund... very dodgy company.

I placed an order on 20th April for a large outdoor sofa and got a confirmation email to say expected delivery 28th April! Great I thought! Not so much as on the 27th I rang to check it was coming as I would need to move a few things to get it through the house, oh no sorry it’s been delayed until the 11th May, ok I thought current climate with corona etc I was okay with that. I then get an email on the 7th May saying it’s been deleted again until the 12th June!!!!! Now who knows if it will arrive but if it does they will have had my money for the best part of 3 months if they do this to everyone think of the interest they are making on our money!!! I have spoken to them and told them that if it gets delayed again I will be cancelling, we have had some amazing weather and I’ve not been able to enjoy the product I spent my hard earnt cash on!! Not great service at all! At to top it of the order under my account still says arrive in or before May 5th! 😡

Just wanted to thank everyone who took the time to review on here. I was about to spend £600 with them as a first time customer and just thought I'd check things out. SO glad I did! Will not be touching them with a barge pole!!! Thanks everyone!

I only gave 1Star because they do send the items out, but to return them is where Wayfair fall short of anything that could be considered good Service. In short they stranglehold you and rip you off. Forcing you to pay a minimum of £4.99 irrespective of the weight to return the items, and they force you to return it through their agreement with the parcel companies, and not allow you to arrange your own return which would undoubtedly be cheaper. You are also forced to return items individually and not in bulk. I won't be using their services again.

I would give no stars. Ordered pelmet curtain order said preparing for despatch then get email out of stock this is a week later and estimated delivery date August. I cancelled waiting now for my refund will be taking it further as they clearly don’t have stock if anything but still sell no existent items. First time using and last time using them.

I order a sofa set three weeks ago, and I was supposed to receive it two days ago, but it’s missing, and they are conducting a search with their delivery company. If I hadn’t called them, I would have been waiting and would have never known that it was missing. When I called, the adviser said that my order should be updated daily via the tracking system, and hadn’t been done so, since the the 2nd of May, which they didn’t notice, until I called, which is crazy. How are they not monitoring orders placed to them!!! Now they want me to wait another week for them to search for a missing sofa set, not a pair of shoes, a sofa set, and if it is not found, they will send out a new one, with the same delivery company. This is Mad, of course I will request a refund as I am not accepting a lost and found sofa, god knows where it would have gone, how do you lose a sofa set.

I was getting ready to make my 1st Wayfair purchase & could not locate 10% discount code they offer / I received when I signed up to receive emails from them, which come through on AT LEAST a daily basis. The individual I spoke with was unhelpful and when I expressed I understood what she was saying to me, which I paraphrased back to her, attempting to explain why it didn’t make sense to me and asked if she could understand my perspective, she became noticeably frustrated. I asked if she could forward my question/request to a manager at which time she became more escalated and flatly refused, telling me I could unsubscribe from getting emails. I told her I would and the call ended. I immediately cancelled my pending order, unsubscribed from their emails and deleted everything from Wayfair from my email account. While I was looking forward to my purchase, every item was a “would like to have”, but not a need to have and there are multiple places I can get the same/similar items, so based on this one phone call and how I was treated & spoken to, my Wayfair days are done.

Ordered 2 large draw sets for my bedroom each set was over £500 each when the order arrived the 2 tops that came we’re both damaged and we also noticed how poor quality they were and certainly not worth the price. Wayfair advised they would send replacement tops and the next 2 arrived damaged again. We have received a discount but I still don’t think it’s worthy ...they are still selling this item @ £500 each which i find shocking as it’s really poor quality and no way worth the price it doesn’t even have slow closing drawers... replacement order arrived today and again we have received this damaged....

I ordered with Wayfair for the first time almost 2 weeks ago. Their order information did not allow for a space to say if this was a gift so I could leave a note and be assured that the receipt is not included. Also it said estimated delivery 3 days ago but just called and learned it hasn't even shipped yet! This is ridiculous! I will never order from you again.

Ordered two shelves after saying they would be delivered in 2-3 days, then they changed the date for another 6 weeks! I cancelled the first shelf when I found this out. Then I phoned up before ordering to check would this other shelf be delivered in 2-3 days AS ADVERTISED, the guy said yes it’s in the Warehouse ready to go, a day later the date got changed for another 6 weeks! Even phoned up when I saw this and another man assured me it would be delivered within 2-3 days and it was a mistake. So waited, then phoned up again and lady then said yes it won’t be delivered for another 6 weeks. They should not be lying to people Telling them they can deliver within 3 days when it is complete rubbish. First refund took 10days to come through. Terrible service. Would not recommend. As an apology I was sent 10% of one item!! Woopee! I wouldn’t give them 1 star. Avoid!!

If I could give no star ratings I would. Absolute appalling company. I ordered a pair of string chairs. Rang emailed everyday for an update as XDP said that they had attempted delivery and carded it. I know they haven’t attempted to deliver as I was in!! I even left a note on my front door. Ordered from Argos chose the date and time arriving Sunday 😡

I will never againpurchase anything from Wayfair and I will let everyone I know to never use Wayfair they didn't ship my item and then I cancel the order and then they charge me for cancellation

Had problem with product being reduced by 33% before I received item.Contacted customer service which was a total waste of time.Hopefully problems with this firm are few,but if you encounter one you will get very little help

We ordered a swing chair Oct 2019 and played for it, six months later still not received the chair we ordered received a email stating we are sorry that we have cancelled your order and we will refund your money we didn't want a refund we wanted the chair may 2020, we will never buy anything from wayfair ever again Customer service is rubbish

Took delivery of a garden furniture set. Packaging was in appalling condition, wet battered and dirty, but we had waited so long for our order, that we agreed to take delivery. I witnessed the delivery guys dropping some of the boxes off the back of the van directly onto the concrete floor , so as a first impression of this outfit, I was far from impressed. After opening the boxes to inspect the items, I found that the lava stone table top is missing from the set - both boxes have been delivered for the table and the package clearly states 2 boxes make a complete item! We have contacted wayfair on 3 occasions to chase up our missing item; each time we are given a different update on the situation. Wayfair have told us that the missing item is with two different couriers, but could be damaged somewhere; Wayfair say they can’t communicate directly with the courier to locate the item, they have to send emails and wait for a reply. One call advisor said that we can unpack the items and use them , and we will still be able to return the set if the missing item is lost or damaged; another advisor told us that we must keep the items packaged as they will only accept a return in original packaging. So, the manufacturer clearly states that 2 boxes make a complete item, but Wayfair state that the missing item is coming in box 3? So I’m left with £3000 worth of garden furniture boxed in soaking wet packaging left on my patio that I’m unable to use, with no given timeframe when my elusive item will arrive. I wished I had read the reviews of this company before making such a costly mistake! As a minimum requirement, customers should, at the very least, be entitled to know where their items are located and given some indication of a delivery timeframe, but Wayfair don’t seem to be able to communicate with their 3rd party suppliers efficiently! If you are looking for some solid advice on weather or not to place an order with Wayfair, My advise in one word....DONT!

Ordered a ping pong table. Watched the order “preparing to ship” for over two weeks only to have them spontaneously cancel the order with no heads-up or attempt to figure something out. Was told the manufacturer closed down their warehouse. Found another site who got the table from the same manufacturer to my house within two weeks without a hitch. This was my first and last order with Wayfair. (But you’re ping pong table from Megaspin.net)

Ordered an armchair and sofa on the 10th April, delivery scheduled for 28th April and 1st May respectively. After having no communication from Wayfair and staying in all morning, I called for an update. Now I am told that the armchair will be delivered on the 5th and sofa on 12th May. Little or no confidence in these dates.
