Ordered a chair, received email to say delivery today. Website wouldn't allow me to track the order for times etc! Called and was told delivery definitely between 8.30am to 10.30am. No delivery of the chair. Called again a couple of hours later to be told nothing they could do, the woman even said she didn't care I replied that's poor customer service? She continued well I cant change anything. So at 4.15pm I called them again to be told exactly the same that they didn't know where the chair is ??? So I'm still waiting?? Such a poor service!

Terrible delivery and returns/refund service. Be aware!!!! Goods not delivered by date because courier /wayfair cannot trace them. Be patient they keep emailing. How patronising!!! They wont refund my money(approx£130) until their goods are found. How on earth is that my fault? They are at fault but want to keep my money. So far ive had emails from at least 6 different people too. Ive tried phoning the courier but the number on the card dosent work either and they dont answer my email. Wayfair are scamming me...no other word for it. Wont be using them again. Be warned.

Had a delivery date, took day off work !! No delivery no Contact from Wayfair or delivery company. Phoned Wayfair to complain and was told they would get in touch with the delivery company. Still waiting, no delivery, no Contact !! Totally terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend them in a million years. Totally unhappy with their service

Awful service! I placed an order, it was cancelled and I wasn’t explained what the problem was. When I called no one helped me with my order, Even when I provided all my confidential information! Now they want me to pay only with check and only the payment will take 7-10 days, which is ridiculous in 2019. The service wasn’t helpful at all, wasted my time!

I will order with Amazon, Wayfair return policy is a good way for them to make money, stay clear of Wayfair at all cost. What ashamed because they have some good products.

Will never use again! Avoid at all costs! They need to sort out their distribution and delivery issues coupled with their haphazard internal processes. I have lost three work days trying to get chairs delivered from Wayfair via XPD. There was no apology, no explanation, no ownership of the process. It has been needlessly stressful dealing with them. I still haven't received a refund. I have raised this with Wayfair but was told that they cannot control distribution. I will never buy from Wayfair again. This has been a horrendous experience. I don’t even want to give one star!!

I need to think twice if I am ever to order from Wayfair again. My first order and nothing but issues with shipping and delays and their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a patio set from them and followed up on delays in shipping and they had nothing but excuses. One rep said one thing, another said another thing and no one could get their story straight. They ended up cancelling one order and giving me 10% off next order but why would I ever buy anything from them again. Shabby practices and unreasonable shipping expectations make this company hard to do business with.

Worst experience ever. Ordered wardrobe in June. Parts arrived in September, 6 pieces damaged. Complained and provided replacements after 1 month. 1 month later they deliver the wrong parts. replacements ordered, 3 items arrived instead of 4, and guess what? 2 were damaged. It is November. I've been living out of suitcases for 2 years, and Wayfair cannot send a wardrobe without damaged parts. Have explained packaging is bad and the quality is bad, yet they don't seem to improve on this. Have now requested a full refund and collection of the parts. Never ordering from Wayfair again.

Wayfair never again for me I’m afraid. Ordered 1 bed frame and 2 mattresses from them. Lots of mixed messages re delivery time. The delivery driver was very rude and dismissive. Had a further delivery from Parcelforce that day and delivery man could have taught wayfair delivery guy a few manners. We spent hundreds of pounds but Wayfair will not get another penny from me. Teach your delivery people manners not rudesness.

Ordered a Bedframe, Est Dev Date 6th Nov, still hasn't arrived despite their promise. Shocking service, Please avoid buying from these and go elsewhere as it will help reduce the pain and inconvenience caused by sleeping on the floor.

Ordered bed for daughters new room, emailed the day before it was due to arrive to say there had been a technical problem and it wasnt in stock and therefore the order shouldn't have went through. Even though checking the website its saying it's available still. USELESS! Now have a fully decorated room and no bed.

Ordered a pouffe which cost £85 which looked great on web page but when came did not match the one on the web page so I have returned it and they have charged me £6 for postage even though the item was inferior to the one advertised on web page, please don’t buy anything from them as they sell junk.

Ordered a sofa, it said in stock delivery 6th November. Delayed and only knew as I logged into my account the day before to get a time. 2 weeks later still no sofa, still no delivery date. The dates when you order are lies! My compensation, 10% off my next order. Like there will be a next one...

I ordered some lace kitchen curtains from Wayfair. They cost me about $60, could get the same thing from Giant Tiger for $7. I have bought hundreds of items from Amazon, always free returns, with Wayfair, they wanted to charge me almost $20 for postage for the return!! My 1st order...NEVER again.

Paid for bean bag. The item was shipped. The courier lost the item, it has not been delivered. Instead of apolofising and sending me an item again, wayfair launched investigstion making me wait additional week. Even not refunding me the money! What a horrible wxoerien e. Stay away, buy somehere else.

Ordered a dining table and 6 chairs on 30th Sept. First delivery didn't turn up, delivery company said it never existed. Second delivery didn't turn up, Wayfair wanted 2 weeks to check! I said unacceptable, eventually they said it had been damaged. A third delivery was supposed to have been despatched Monday 11th Nov for delivery on 15th. No tracking info whatsoever on the shipping site so obviously never shipped or lost again!!! Disgusting service!!!!!!!

i guess they expect you to just stay home until they decide to deliver it. just put your life on hold. my item has still not arrived and it was order on nov 4. don't expect your item to be delivered when they say it will..because it won't come. never again will i use wayfair. save yourself some disappointment and buy somewhere else.

Ordered an item which should have arrived today. Given fake tracking number, had no way of finding out where my parcel was. Palmed off with excuses by someone on the phone who told me I'd receive a text with my time slot (how, without a valid tracking number?) Tried to blame DHL by claiming to be having problems with them. Quite happy to take your money but don't want to know when you don't receive your goods. My first order from Wayfair and it will definitely be my last.
