A very Bad experience..I return one items because I was unhappy and the refund just arrived after the 1 month..Unshamed company .never I will buy something from they..I can.t recomand this company for nobody..

In terms of the few items I have purchased, I have no real issues as have always been happy however my review is based on your website which is appalling - you would certainly have had a lot more business off me if it wasn’t so slow, it doesn’t allow me to scroll up and down, radial buttons don’t work, and adds items i don t want or have even looked at 🤔into my basket but then doesn’t let me remove. 🙄🙄I wanted to order items tonight but have lost the will yet again so my business has gone elsewhere. You really need to invest in your IT department to sort out your website, it’s so frustrating

I have made a few orders from Wayfair, and all have been a gross disappointment, both in quality of item, and customer service. This culminated in my last two orders (and this review) where, after two weeks of them being past due on the delivery date, without an update, I had to reach out to this useless outfit to discover the problem. Apparently, my account had a one (1) cent balance on it, obviously caused by their inept payment processing, and this had resulted in them not fulfilling the delivery (but they had no problem still charging my card back on the order date). After clearing the 1 cent from the balance, they processed the orders, but just about every item in both orders had to be cancelled because they were now out of stock. Just writing this review has me irate again at the utter incompetence and impossibly pathetic customer service.

Terrible experience with this company. Yes they have amazing stuff and reasonable prices but both times I ordered from them, items came damaged and arrived 3 months late. Samething happened to my sister, She had to wait to close to 3 months for a package only to find out there were items missing and some were damaged. Packages were lost 2 times on my end. Very unproffesional and the worst company I've had to deal with. I didnt even get a discount for damaged items. If you want whats good for you stay far away from WayFair.

After multiple orders placed and the money taken by Wayfair, I had to reach out to be told the items were out of stock and wouldn't be sent. Three weeks on, I am still waiting for around £1500 in refunds. I contacted customer services via phone and chat, to end up with the same repeated answer of there is nothing that can be done. Do not use.

Ordered two desks in November 20. One delivered in Jan 21 as expected. Every month since they push back the delivery of the 2nd one - earliest I will get it is now April 21 - but I don’t think that will happen. They have happily accepted my money for a product they cannot supply - livid!!!

Wayfair has terrible service. Taking money from my account and telling me they haven't. They still have not shipped my item after taking the money out of my account twice.

I ordered two new units for my lounge. One has arrived totally damaged and no feet the other has no top, back, and feet missing. contact Wayfair and I now have to wait for new parts, not an apology, don't give a dam, total waste of £600 units very poor quality. Save your money.

Please do not trust their return policy. They do not arrange for collection of returns as they say they do. Courier company have no knowledge of return requests- more than once I have to say. They just keep sending me return labels with new dates - and the courier does not turn up because they never receive the request. Pick up is between 8am and 8pm which is restricting. Customer service have no empathy for these problems. Very disappointing as I won’t buy from Wayfair again.

I had a tribble experience with Wayfair. They canceled one of my order because of Wrong Pricing! They gave me a delivery time between 6-13 February and after i paid for the bed, The delivery time change to After March 8th! Unprofessional and UNHELPFUL customer service. They do not give you a acceptable response and one of them closed his conversation on me in chat. Very rude and unbelievable . I had to wait for a queen bed more than one month . Wayfair has Some STRANGE POLICY too , read carefully before purchasing. I do not recommend this company to any one, Amazon is pretty safe with a strong customer service with same prices .

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM WAYFAIR DURING COVID. THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING FURNITURE TO YOUR HOME. THIS IS NOT COMMUNICATED ANYWHERE UNTIL IT ARRIVES! If you live in a building, very heavy, large items will not be delivered to your home. You will have to figure out how to get the furniture to your apartment. This is the equivalent of leaving someone's heavy furniture at the end of the road. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to COMMUNICATE THIS VERY IMPORTANT piece of information to consumers so we have the opportunity to use another furniture company that delivers to our door. I absolutely would not have ordered anything if I knew this. This is absolutely an excuse of convenience as everyone else is delivering directly to homes. And they quickly put the blame on their delivery agents as though it's not their responsibility to manage, nor communicate this before orders are placed. It's also worth noting my very quiet building is fully managed, they wouldn't even need to press the floor as it's done by reception. It has wide hallways, cleaned daily and everyone you may see all wear masks. The 3 lifts are virtually empty during the day and if not empty, another lift will arrive in 10-30 seconds.

Wayfair is fake and unprofessional. Sold a $3,000 hot tub that broke a months and is denying the one year warranty. Selling broke old items.

I hope i can gave the Wayfair ZERO star. I have a tribble experience with them. They canceled one of my order because of incorrect pricing and i have a lot of problem with my second one too. They did not gave me the delivery window after 15 days! Very unhelpful customer service. Please stay away from this company and these people who just take your money and no excuse for any theirs's fault. Definitely do not recommend any one .

Poor quality item and bad customer service, late delivery, no returns procedures in place .... terrible! I still have the item and still waiting for it to be collected weeks and weeks later.

Wish I had never heard of the company. Item never arrived despite being given numerous delivery dates. It was a birthday present so very disappointed. Wish I had read the reviews first. Never use this company.

I ordered I living room unit and a bathroom unit - living room unit in the picture was really tall long glass doors and above the until were very high windows - when the unit arrived it was in a small box and half the size - the doors wouldn’t close and the shelves kept falling - was refunded and told to keep it - it went to the tip - the bathroom unit nothing lined up the draws wouldn’t close and the door again wouldn’t shut - and the back panel was to small for the back so there was a gap - sent them photos refunded for this and it went to the tip with the living room unit - not high quality but expensive cost

I ordered something for my patio - I never received it and they magically can't find my order details even when I emailed them their own invoice confirmation and the bank transaction from their company. They just won't give back the money - THIS IS JUST A SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR THIER PARTNERS -CSN Stores: Joss & Main | Birch Lane | All Modern | Perigold They should be ashamed and most of the authentic reviews are very very bad.
