Very bad experience received my dining chairs but not my table asked for my table million times but still didnt get anywhere managers decided to give me a full refund without even asking me whether I want a refund or not! Online chat service Is a joke aswell nobody helps

Don’t shop at Wayfair. Their customer service is terrible. If your item gets delivered and you don’t have a problem and don’t have to return it.. great. Anything else good luck. But I decided to not take the chance and shop elsewhere after this terrible experience. The products may look nice but not worth losing your money. I just look for dupes elsewhere and it’s been going great. I saved a lot of money. Where i would have spend so much more on Wayfair. They’re not even cheap. To have such bad service and incompetent people working for them. They will act as if the customer is wrong and they won’t help you. They will tell you their policy, not even listening to what you said. Just robotic jargon. Even though they were at fault.

Did not receive first item, ordered another, company kept money of both and called me a Scam, while scamming me out if $500.

Customer service is appalling with assistants giving you conflicting information. I ordered an item that should have arrived on 1st. Their courier Hermes tried to deliver to wrong address and have not reattempted since. Despite four contacts with Wayfair customer services, I still do not have my item. Each assistant has told me different things (you will be contacted -was not, the courier will reliver - did not). When I asked to complain and speak to a manager, they said they did not have a complaints team. Extremely poor - will not be shopping with them again.

I bought 2 sets of curtains, lovely curtains. Unfortunately, due to my fault, they were too big. I returned them via Hermes on 15.1.222, in one parcel, and in the original wrapping I received them in. Shortly afterward I received a message from you saying they had received the parcel and were refunding £85.53., which I received and I am still awaiting the full refund. Someone in Wayfair must be able to deal with this because I can't. Nobody connected to returns. seems very efficient

I’ve ordered eight items from wayfair.com and a few days later I saw on my account that two of the item’s delivery dates were changed to 2 1/2 months later. I was confused of what was going on with my order and the next day I called and spoke with a customer service representative. She basically said the order is back ordered until Apr. 16 (prior delivery date was Feb. 2). She apologized for the trouble without offering a resolution to this issue besides cancellation. I have my house turned upside down and have been waiting for the crown molding before moving on with painting. I ordered a different style of crown molding which had a bit higher price and the manager said they cannot price match the two items. I went through all the trouble and was not informed in regards of the big delay with my two orders and they couldn’t offer a discount or a price match on a different item that hopefully will come on time. Btw, four more items from the a same ordered were already arriving late. The manager said he doesn’t think the new order of crown molding are in stock either. During this order, I’ve signed up for the Wayfair credit card, too. It is a big mess and a lot of headaches! If I was aware of the troubles I would have ordered from other companies not wayfair. They are unreliable and don’t offer resolution. Sad and dissatisfied

Avoid these guys. Ordered a bed, paid for it, never got our bed delivered. Took months to get money back. Do not use this place.

I have just had a proposed delivery date for an item ordered on the 24th January, which I was advised was in stock at the time of ordering and due for delivery today, delayed until the 6th May! Why accept an order, and take payment, for an item which is clearly not even close to a delivery date. Surely, this is bordering on illegal, not to mention frustrating.

Brought a rug from Wayfair two months ago for £80 today they took £16 out of my bank. When I called them they said they accidentally under charged me!! When I questioned it they said take it up with Clearpay!! I didn’t even use Clearpay to purchase the rug. Absolutely ridiculous just robbing people will never use this over priced company again.

if I could give a zero star, I would. My experience with Wayfair has been anything but painful. Communication is very poor, mixed messages via email leaving you confused of their delivery or collection process. Delivery attempts were made without scheduling a date so several missed attempt. No resolution in sight and empty promises to resolve. Their handyman turned up for assembly even after transaction had been cancelled. I contacted Wayfair to inform them; was advised to let the handyman carry on with the job only to be told at the end the job that I had to pay for the assembly out of my own pocket. They take no responsibility for their mis-management and communication in the transaction and will refer you to their partners when clearly, there is no contract with the 3rd party. Save yourself some money and headache and use services like made.com.

I ordered a bistro set..due to arrive on 25th January, turned up on Saturday, 22nd.. Sent as small parcel apparently, despite being a huge heavy package.. Delivery guy just left it at door, brief 5 second chat, and gone.. No help to get package indoors.. I live alone, and struggled to manoeuvre this heavy package..

Their return policy should be renamed hands in the air policy. I understand paying for shipping, but shipping charges for returning an item that was purchased because it was not to a customer’s liking is disappointing. I will never purchase another item from Wayfair again. Maybe they could take a lesson from Zappos that truly care for their customers.

I have been informed by Wayfair that when they give ETA's on deliveries, they actually have no idea when they are getting delivered - it is a guess. I was told my sofa's eta was 19th Jan, but today they said 7th Feb! Based on 19th Jan I arranged for my old sofa to be taken away, to make room for the new - now we have nothing to sit on until 7th Feb - is this the actual date or another guess? My message to peeps is do not believe their emails they are misleading to put it politely

Ordered a radiator cover sent me the wrong one Reason being they didn’t have the right one in stock. I wouldn’t have mind it bit it was a smaller size . They took my payment in 2day now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for my refund what a joke
