Terrible experience, first and last time I shop with Wayfair. Don’t expect your goods to be delivered in time, or even 6 weeks later

These lot are charlatans and thieves. They’ve taken over £400 of my money and simply refuse to give it back to me despite me not ordering anything from them. Absolutely avoid these low lives at all costs.

Automatically cancelled my item after 4 days. This is the second time Wayfair have done such a thing. Save yourself time dont order from here.

Had to give 1 star only to proceed on how horrible Wayfair is. Yes, their items are made in China. Not very sturdy at all. So, here’s my story on purchasing a gazebo. I purchased one through customer service. A 10x10 with a cloth type top. It came to the house. The husband spend $30.00 at Home Depot for the hardware to put it in. After getting it , we decided to purchase extra cloth tops for it to have in case they get torn, weathered, whatever. So I called Wayfair back spoke to customer service and ordered two. We decided to put the replacement top on when it came to see if it fit. Good thing we did! It was to big. Called and returned it. So they customer service representative said that the next one we ordered together should fit. Nope, it did not. Then I was given a email after calling Wayfair to the company to email them to see if they had any. When I did I did not get an email back. So I called Wayfair again and told them. So they gave me a phone number to call. The company said they did not sell replacement covers?? So I called Wayfair back and told them why am I spending money for a gazebo with was close to $500.00. Only to use it till the cover gets worn then I have to purchase a whole new gazebo? I wanted a refund. Oh, they gave me a refund but now I have to spend $65.00 to get it sent back. Why, because I was told by the manager that it doesn’t specifically read that they have replacement cover tops for the gazebo. Never again will I order from these crooks!!

Ordered a summerhouse last year. Wayfair and their suppliers service brought new meaning to rubbish. My Mrs inadvertently ordered a bookcase from them last month. Delivered with half the unit twice. Everyone’s fault but theirs. Only the certifiable would use this company .

I got delivered the WRONG SOFA TWICE. The third time, they didn't even attempt the delivery or rectify the situation in any way, they just cancelled my order. I complained, I got an "oh customer service is very close to our heart" bs. I called them 3x to make sure I definitely get the right one, they still couldn't manage or cared about the situation AT ALL. I had to spend a lot of time on phone calls, returning wrong sofas, waiting for the sofas to be delivered then to be taken away. Almost a month since it all started and I still don't have a sofa and I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND and I've just been through so much stress:( DO NOT use them if you don't want countless days of frustration and stress.

2022- I recently purchased 3 items form Wayfair and all three items were not in good order. The customer’s service that I received was horrible. From my experience with Wayfair and the remarks I received from the shipping company that deals with Wayfair this is not the first item for poor service. I wish I knew beforehand. I will never but another item form Wayfair. I will add this note as many sites that I know of to assist with helping other customers not to go through the bad service that I went through from Wayfair. They were not customer friendly and they never assumed responsibility for their mistakes even though I purchased form them. Another big company that does not pride themselves in customer service. Do yourself a favor and not shop from Wayfair.

Good luck getting a refund! I sent back an item I dident even open as it was wrong one I ordered!After I arranged a return through them heard nothing back to say my refund had been processed! Once I chased it up myself got told they knew nothing and would refund me asap! Only to receive partial refund the next day!! Seriously unbelievable.

Refuses to refund stating the item is custom. Manufacturer states that it is not custom by any means. Wayfair does not care.

When I had a bed delivered by Wayfair the delivery man who brought it into my house asked me a lot of questions about the spelling of my name etc. claiming it was for the paperwork, two hours later he had found my Instagram account and sent me a very inappropriate message. Not to mention the parts for the bed were damaged AND I had ordered a king size bed but they sent me a double (which I waited a month to arrive). Terrible service.

rubbish mattress---rubbish response to complaint----rubbish excuse for not doing anything about it----said I should have reported it within a set time but it failed outside the set time and as pensioners can not afford to buy something and throw it away when it is faulty -----do not take any notice of their excuses

Delivery pushed back 4 months and cannot cancel Wayfair is falsely advertising availability, breaking contracts, and refuses to cancel the order. They are a dishonest company that misleads customers and fails to honor the deals they make. In our case, we ordered a table and chairs on 28 February to be delivered in early March. This was pushed back to late April, but that date was pushed back to mid June. Who knows - perhaps they will push it to September, or next year, or never. The chairs came on time (in March), and they won't take them back until everything is delivered (in June, maybe). So you cannot cancel or return until everything has been delivered. This is cheating the customer, and we will never, ever purchase from Wayfair again.

Ordered a bedside table on 20th March it was delivered on 31st March when I opened the packaging the top had a scratch right across it. Tried to arrange for it to be returned but when I went onto the site the item looked as if it was still waiting to be delivered so I could not arrange for the return. Finally through their chat got an email with a label for Hermes to collect on 12th April. Still waiting and in the meantime even though I had made it clear I wanted a refund they decided to arrange for a replacement. Impossible to get anyone to speak to me and even though I have emailed daily to ask for the item to be collected so I can get a refund - there is no communication from them now and the parcel is still with me two weeks after it was delivered really really awful people to buy from - would never recommend them

Absolutely horrendous buying experience. Order a unit, it arrived....no instructions or fittings...waited 4 more weeks on fittings, they arrived so started to build only to realise drawers had no bottoms and unit had no back...initially ordered in January won't get replacement until May...very angry to say the least. Will never order from Wayfair again...all their managers would say was we understand your frustration. They should offer a good will gesture at least...awful company

The worse customer service in the world. I order a trampoline and until today I haven’t received it. Showing as delivered and item wasn’t delivered no manger no one to help just keep sending generic emails

Advertise things that are not in stock, charge you, refund you, then you’re left without the original item and have to start your search online over again.

This is the worst company and customer service. Do not purchase anything from them. My glass table exploded for no reason and all they wanted to do was accuse me of hitting the table and damaging over time. This table is two years old and we barely used it. It literally exploded for no reason and they said they can’t do anything about it. The table was 650.00 dollars and new. I have been a good customer for years but will never buy from them again. The table was from All Modern, but sold by Wayfair. So sad that a company will not stand by what they are selling. All they wanted to do was accuse me of damaging the table. Wasn’t even concerned if anyone got injured!
