“If I could give it less than one star, that would be generous. Website has items in stock I wanted to buy. However the shop staff wouldn't sell them to me. "They're not shop stock". "But the website is Wayland Games" "Yes". "The shop is also Wayland Games". "Yes". "But you won't sell them to me". "No". "If I place the order on the website here and now, pay for it and use the option to collect in store, will someone go to the warehouse and bring me the order?" "No". "How long would it take?" "Depends on how busy they are". Utter, utter shambles. It was not busy at the time of my visit, and I saw three other staff members doing nothing.”

“I have waited 10 business days for my order, I wrote and received a reply saying the item is sold out and will have to wait for it to be restocked, maybe 2>3 weeks! Really Wayland games, is that acceptable?”

“Absolutely awful, do NOT use this website. I have just had to request a refund on an order placed 8 MONTHS ago due to a price discrepancy they were well aware of. I warned Wayland Games that the price was incorrect 3 week prior to ordering back in February. I contacted them multiple times over the last 8 months to check the status of the order and confirm that i was getting 4x bricks (8 cartons in a brick, 4 bricks in a case) to ensure that i would get all of the miniatures in collection. I rangt them again to check before shipping that this was all still correct and was informed i was now getting 4 cartons. I was not allowed to buy the case at corrected price or even a full brick. Happy to provide screenshots as evidence.”

“Been waiting for over a month for an order, and almost a month for another. There are better third party retailers out there, and I couldn't - in good conscience - recommend Wayland Games to anyone.”

“Don't respond to emails, force review sites to take down your review of their bad customer service. That's the reason they have high ratings on the other sites (especially the one so proudly listed on their own website). Also: don't buy anything that isn't listed as 'in stock' or you'll be waiting a very long time for your order, or don't get it at all (as is the case with one of my orders over two years ago).”

“Very disappointed with the care put into the shipping of items here. Pre-ordered a collector's edition book in October which took 6 days to be delivered after release in November but arrived with damage, it appears someone opened it with a knife and slashed across the top, which was then sent out to me - Not ideal for a collector's edition copy. After emailing customer service (They were at least quick to reply to the email) I was told they were unable to replace this and can offer "store credit" (Why would I want to purchase something else?). Not worth the wait. Would not recommend.”
