“A decent range of planet friendly goods and easy to order - that's the good part. The despatch confirmation is sadly lacking - almost everyone now gives a date of delivery so I was surprised not to see one, especially given how much I'd spent. Checking the FAQs, an approximate length of time delivery takes is at the bottom of each item in the shop. My items were "5-7 days" which expired today - but I was asked to leave a review, so this is a review of my experience I would probably use them again (assuming my order turns up when I'm here to take delivery - whenever that will be) but not giving a delivery date nowadays is not really helpful.”

“Really easy to use website, beautiful items, and a great focus on transparency & sustainability. One criticism - it does have the danger to be a bit of an upper-middle-class haven. The prices are high, and I couldn't find many sellers that identify as being Black or BIPOC-owned. If Wearth could make a push to foreground some small businesses run by people of colour, that would be great. And also, to make space for working class businesses on the site as much as possible. Many thanks!”

“My item said 3-5 working days. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and I haven’t had anything. I’ve contacted wearth a few days ago - they said they’d look into it but haven’t heard anything back from them.”

“polystyrene chips used in packaging - what is the point of ordering from this eco brand ? then ironically dented tin on next delivery - despite more than adequate packaging”

“Amazing customer service. My parcel got delivered to the wrong address by fault of the courier. They responded in minutes to my email and sorted it out. They also told me that they had only just started trialling this courier and that they have now decided to not use them anymore. My replacement goods were sent immediately with 1st class Royal Mail. The product is great too. Great company all around.”

“Not as much choice of useful items as I had hoped to be honest, there are a lot of gift ideas and other things I wouldn't normally buy. But the principle of purchasing something made out of recycled material, that has a new life or that is reusable is really good.”
