“Wearth replied to my following review very promptly stating that my order is a preorder and expected to arrive in September therefore why it's on sale and it does state this on the website. This is why I have changed my review but still disappointed that it's such a wait for a toothbrush. - - - - - I never received my order which I placed on the 18th May 2020. I put the delay down to covid but the order is still not here and it's now the 26/07/20. I never received an order confirmation at the time so have no order number but the transaction is on my PayPal account and the money was taken.”

Thank you for your review Niamh. The product that you ordered is pre-order only with delivery in September, it states this in the description and it is the reason why there is 50% off. We have emailed you to see if you would like to cancel the order. We are sorry that you didn’t see an order confirmation email come through, it may be in your promotions/junk folder, if not let us know and we’ll look into it. “Hello! I discovered Wearth London about two months ago (so May 2020) during the coronavirus lockdown in the UK. I was shopping for ethical beauty products online to buy as presents for friends, and I discovered the Wearth London website. I immediately spent over an hour browsing on the website, engrossed by all the beautiful, lovely and ethical gifts. Since then, I have bought five birthday presents and three birthday cards from the Wearth London website... and requested a birthday present for myself!! :) I love the Blushberry, Ksoni and Agnes brands, and the jewellery by Kate Wainwright. It is such a great site with lovely, high quality but affordable businesses and suppliers represented on it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in ethical beauty, and environmentally friendly homeware, jewellery, stationary and clothing. x”
