Ordered a few products as gifts. They arrived quite late and all separately (which I understood would happen as they were from different brands within Wearth) Two were fine- a t-shirt and some vegan brownies. However, I ordered a glass tea infuser water bottle for him. It arrived in excessive plastic packaging. He loved the bottle and was using it at work every day, but at one point tapped the glass while moving his computer mouse, and it smashed :(

I have emailed you as follows - Regarding the items arriving quite late, I see that they all state 3-5 working days delivery time on the product listing and that you placed your order on 2nd August and the items were dispatched on the following dates - Wakecup 1 x x Glass Tea Infuser - 8th August (shipped within 4 working days) Heiko Clothing - 1 x Tofu Time Organic T-Shirt - 7th August (shipped within 4 working days) Cake Or Death - 1 x Salted Caramel Brownies - 3rd August (shipped within 1 working day & received on 5th August according to the tracking within 3 working days - so this item was on time). We are very sorry that 2 out of 3 brands arrived later than the 3-5 working days delivery time stated. The Wakecup Glass Tea Infuser is meant to have been sent in - https://www.wearthlondon.com/glass-tea-infuser?showHidden=true 'Delivery Packaging - Jiffy green bag'. May I ask if you still have the packaging and if so would you be so kind as to email a photo of it to me? I will also check with the brand what the jiffy bag was made from. AVOID… Not great company, ethical apparently but perhaps that’s how they deal with their suppliers not their customers. Issue with an order which happens but shocked at the response back. The cs rep went through how all the issues were down to me and nothing to do with the company. Never been blamed for a websites operations before nor have I had to explain actually how the site worked, but when I pointed out that everything I had been blamed for were actually either technical issues with their site or them not being aware of how their site looks or has been operating, again no apology or even an attempt to make things right… Very passive aggressive responses, ‘we’re sorry if you feel this way’ blah blah, which don’t help but shows a lot about the company, it’s ethics and standards and particularly how it treats its customers. Oh and the reason for my complaint, was a delayed order which they were aware of and I simply wanted to cancel. Money taken out of my account at the date and time of order not on dispatch like most retailers with a hold. Still waiting for my refund now, but money out of my account since 10th August. Ethical companies don’t need to make money from the interest accruing in their account until they pay their supplier…

Hi Harjit, thank you for your feedback. I already informed you this by email, but to summarise, you placed your order on the morning of 10th August, but the brand was due to go on holiday and the holiday banner wasn't put on the website by the brands team until the afternoon, so you were not notified of this unfortunately, for which we sincerely apologise. Your order was sent out on 18th August upon the brand's return. You had requested to cancel the order, but sadly it had already been shipped, so we had to ask for its return before issuing the refund. You have since received the refund and the matter was closed. Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet which you placed on 20th August within 3 working days. The items were shipped on 24th August. Some orders have been delayed in the post due to the Royal Mail strikes and the recent bank holiday. I have asked the brand if we can issue a refund to you now, as per your email request. Wearth really helped me get birthday / Christmas presents for people that linked in with my ethos and beliefs on sustainability and the environment but also we’re absolutely gorgeous! They have a wide range of goodies to choose from that can help you start making your changes now. They all came in brown cardboard packaging which was great to see no plastics! I have hope thanks to Wearth x

Hi there, we are very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your purchase. It does state on the product listing that the pendant measures 4mm and as you can see from the photos, the chain is a lot thinner than the pendant. Refund received 2 Sept after a problem with the original item ordered which was placed 18 Aug so took a while to resolve. A new order was placed on the same day, 2 Sept, but not received until 15 Sept. Although the candle is nice the deliveries are too slow for me - 13 days! I wouldn't want to rely on items arriving on time for gifts.

I bought the bulk washing powder, antibacterial liquid and toilet cleaner and I’m very impressed with the outcome. My clothes have come up really clean with a lovely smell, the anti bac liquid also smells great. Very impressed with my first order would definitely recommend.
