Dear Customer, Thank you for Leaving the review, We Deal Meet and Greet Ltd is a comparison website who do not handled any cars on any Airports. There are many reasons for level changes as some times the designated level could be full which is why the company ask to come on different level on same car park or if any level is closed by Airport on the day. Thank you

“The whole company is a joke. They somehow scratched the hood and pillar of my car. Then they parked it somewhere under a tree so in two weeks it was covered in sludge and buds. It was their strategy to cover the damage. Upon the pic up their response was: 'we could not do it'! So unless it is seriously damaged, light bumps and scratches considered minor and not a problem at all. I have contacted the customer service several times and their usual reply was 'we are investigating the case'. 10 days, then another 10, and so on... with the hope that you will give up and forget. Expenses for the repair to be recovered through the court. This does tell a lot about the company. What Meet & Greet says is "we are just booking agents". Likewise, the actual provider 24/7 said that they do not deal with any cases and you must contact M&G to resolve any issues.”

“Everything happened exactly as we we were told. Great service. Only slight gripe would be the service at the Spanish reception desk. Took 5 mins to acknowledge we were standing in front of them even though there was no one else at the desk. Maybe some customer training needed just to say “be with you on a moment”.”

“Do not use 24/7 under the umbrella of this company. Our car was returned in a filthy state, cigarette ash everywhere, bottles of water,mud on every bit of the floor up the back of chairs and the worst was they had used our car and cleared it out of petrol! Warning do not use them!”

“Was not happy that it wasn’t made clear that we needed to call before we arrived and that the information said to go into the car park level 2 to the meet and great area when in fact we shouldn’t have done that and ended up paying £7.50 car park fees!! Information needs to be clearer”

“Arrival was fine and great. Returning and collecting car was a real bad one. It toke 1 hour and 20 minute to get the car back where as promised for 25 minutes max.”

“Service was fine but your price was actually 10% higher than advertised by the time I’d had to pay the entry and exit charges at the short term car park, which was not explained at all in your advertising.”
