“I cannot express how fraudulent this company is - I ordered a coffee table showing that the table is in stock, I hadn’t receive an email to confirmed. A day or two later I emailed asking for an update, later Amy comes back with ‘it’s out of stock’ and offered alternatives also said if I do not come with an option automatically I will be refunded the original payment. I didn’t like the alternatives and asked for refund (the response time was like in days) these are high end luxury items the response should have been be quicker. Anyway she got back a day or two later advising if I want the refund she will deduct 10%,how does this work? WEILAI never had the item in stock it’s not my fault! I refused that and asked for the full refund and still arguing with them. I have in the mean time got my bank involved and classed this is as fraudulent company where they are charging customer for their item not being in stock looool. The company is funny and fraudulent I must say and Amy is clueless in what she is doing. Now they refunded me £117 out of £500, so another fraudulent case has been opened with both bank and police, I ordered and the item was out of stock, so I want my money back that’s all. I’m not sure if I should cry or laugh cos my bank fraud team are involved and will get the money back for me I am 1000% confident in that. I have also informed the metropolitan police fraud team and they are looking into this. Lucky I have all the emails to back the case, I may even take them up with a law suit as it’s stressful and it’s been weeks I haven’t had my full money refunded and may get compensation from all of this. HONESTLY PEOPLE THEY DO NOT HAVE ITEMS IN STOCK ITS A LIE SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE THEY DO. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL EMAIL BACK SAYING OUT OF STOCK CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE AND IF YOU DONT THEY WILL DEDUCT 10%. How the f that does work? Police and bank are also confused with this as their item was out of stock and they are charging me loool. Oh god.”

“We had an extremely disappointing experience with our purchase from this company, and I want to share our account in the hope that it can assist others in managing their expectations when dealing with Weilai Concept.
Our choice was the Neekor coffee table, ordered through their website. Upon placing the order, we were promptly informed that the delivery would take 8-12 weeks due to the product's origin in China, which we accepted. Approximately 8 weeks into the waiting period, a gentle nudge via email led to the disclosure of a delivery date. Up to this point, everything seemed reasonable.
However, our satisfaction soon turned into frustration when the delivery team arrived. A large industrial-grade timber crate was deposited in our living room, and they left without assisting my wife (who was home alone) with removing the crate. Our previous experiences with other companies involved furniture assembly and packaging removal, making this stark contrast in service quality quite surprising and disappointing.
After reaching out to Weilai Concept seeking clarification, their response was astonishingly unhelpful. They sent a picture of a hammer, suggesting its use to open the crate and packaging. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that my wife was left to handle this hefty table unaided, considering the risk of injury from nails and splinters. The explanation given for the crate's delivery mode being a preventive measure against damage, while somewhat valid, neglects the fact that other overseas retailers manage to deliver items safely without imposing this burden on customers.
Upon my return home from abroad, approximately 10 days after the table's arrival, we managed to unpack the encased table only to discover a major oversight - the table lacked the attached legs. Despite scouring through drawers and packaging, the legs were nowhere to be found. Further investigation beneath the table yielded no screw holes where the legs could be affixed. Adding to the disappointment, the table displayed prominent scratches along its side. This entire ordeal rendered the entire delivery process subpar and inconsistent with our expectations.
Our attempts to seek assistance from their customer service were met with frustrating delays and, shockingly, a sarcastic response rather than any form of apology. I reached out to them regarding the missing legs on August 12th, and today, on the 15th, we have yet to receive a reply. Beyond the inconvenient delivery and surface scratches, the absence of table legs is a significant issue, fundamentally altering the advertised product. This experience highlights the need for caution when considering an order from Weilai Concept, as appearances can be deceiving, and what is presented may not align with the actual product received.”

“I ordered the Nordic Shoe Storage, and the problems started from the very beginning. Firstly, it took an excruciating three months for the package to arrive.
When it finally did, I was shocked to find that the shoe storage unit was missing! The package contained screws and storage legs, some storage parts but the main door were missing. To make matters worse, the product's dimensions were completely wrong, measuring a staggering 127.5 cm instead of the specified 64 cm.
I tried contacting the seller multiple times to address the issue, but to my dismay, there was absolutely no response from their end. . I urge other potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from Weilai Concept's online store. Their lack of responsiveness, along with the inaccurate sizing and incomplete packages, make them a highly unreliable option.”

Then you receive the email that it will take 8-9 weeks to deliver the product. This has happened to me several times. And looking at the reviews, this is done completely on purpose.”
“I ordered 6 kitchen chairs, they said there would be a delay of 6 weeks as they did not have them in stock. When they arrived one chair had a broken leg. The company said they would replace this chair but would take 8-9 weeks to replace. It took over 15 weeks to arrive though Weiliaa, promised on many occasions it was 'on its way'. The chair was poorly made and a different colour. You can not call the company they have no phone number and AI answers most email queries, in my opinion, they are a company that imports from China does not look at whether goods are broken, and are not interested in making good. if you buy from this disreputable company use a credit card so you have protection under the S75 of the Consumer Credit Act.”

They’ve also delisted themselves from trust pilot, appears this review page is an open forum and there’s some really bad reviews on here, but Weilaiconcept have taken it upon themselves in an attempt to boost their ratings to load FAKE reviews.. They’re really easy to spot, poor English and the images have come straight from a photoshop catalogue! Beyond a joke.. Think there’s a FACEBOOK group that’s gathering momentum, worth checking out!”
