I placed an order. Tracking page suddenly indicates that I'd have to wait for it for 2-3 months!! I'm in the process of getting my money back via my bank as they don't respond to my emails.”
“We ordered an expensive coffee table from Weilai Concept and the website said delivery ‘1-2 days’. Upon receiving the tracking number we saw that the estimated delivery date was actually +2 months!
This then prompted a full-on online investigation of this company where we established that it’s most likely a big scam because they have fake positive reviews everywhere and only the negative reviews seem to be telling the truth. We emailed them to complain and request an explanation.
They responded 2 days later and said our package would be delivered within 1-2 days and gave me the courier company’s number. I spoke to the courier company and they confirmed that they have the package and could deliver it after the bank holiday weekend. Weilai then emailed the next day and said that our preferred colour is out of stock and we can wait but it will take 2 months to arrive. This was very confusing because the courier had said that they have it so we challenged this, to which they then said ‘good news we actually have the colour you ordered and it will indeed be delivered after the weekend’.
The courier company was very professional and very kindly checked the box had the correct colour before they delivered- very responsive and positive overall.
Coffee table arrived, as shown in pictures, it looks great and very high-end.
It’s a shame that Weilai Concept seems to have given such a negative experience to a lot of people and I wouldn’t order from them again purely because I could not deal with the stress. I suppose we were one of the lucky ones and even though it worked out in the end I still wouldn’t recommend them.”

“I ordered marble nesting tables 3 weeks ago. Table bases arrived yesterday, very badly wrapped and no table tops.there is no phone number to call so had to rely on emails and online chat’s only to be told the tops come via a separate delivery, they arrived this morning. The table’s are lovely, exactly as pictured, so very pleased. The problem was not being able to contact anyone from either the welei or delivery company. I spent almost an entire day sending emails doing on line chat’s still getting no further forward not sure when the tops would be sent out, pleasantly surprised when they turned up this morning. Would be hesitant to buy from them again but again very happy with the tables”
