“I ordered marble nesting tables 3 weeks ago. Table bases arrived yesterday, very badly wrapped and no table tops.there is no phone number to call so had to rely on emails and online chat’s only to be told the tops come via a separate delivery, they arrived this morning. The table’s are lovely, exactly as pictured, so very pleased. The problem was not being able to contact anyone from either the welei or delivery company. I spent almost an entire day sending emails doing on line chat’s still getting no further forward not sure when the tops would be sent out, pleasantly surprised when they turned up this morning. Would be hesitant to buy from them again but again very happy with the tables”
“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE QUALITY!! avoid their garden furniture at all costs. Was sold as Rope Furniture but it’s just a thin twisted fabric that arrived torn in our case. Gave them the opportunity to put it right and they refused, in the end I had to approach my bank to get a refund and collection arranged.

“Do not trust this company! I ordered a superb dressing table set with mirror and stool 2 months ago, before Christmas. Weilai Concept repeatedly lied that it will be dispatched in march (after 3 months!) and blamed covid. When I asked for a refund, they admitted that yodel lost my parcels, then said they would ship another set, but they're out if mirrors and stools and wanted me to accept just the table. The table is useless without stool and mirror so I asked again for a full refund. They also said the shipping container was delayed, although on the tracking page my parcel was already in the UK. Then they replied they will only refund me "upon return." Return of what? I never received anything from them and I patiently waited for 2 months. It was supposed to be my well-deserved Christmas & birthday treat. I never paid almost 600£ for a piece of furniture, but I saved and thought it's a one-time award for surviving these past 2 years. The entire experience was so frustrating. So if you want to lose a few hundred of pounds, buy from them... The worst part is that they're everywhere on the internet, but please, beware. Can't believe such evil people exist and get away with it.”

“Ordered 2 chairs from them in 2020, was a good experience, the chairs were delivered at the agreed time. Given that good experience I thought I'd order another chair from them, what a mistake that turned out to be.
I ordered a Red Cashmere Ball Chair back in September 2021, was told that it was a custom order and was asked if I could wait for it to be made. Agreed to wait.
Fast forward to December 2021 when the chair is ready, and they contact me to say they can't get it shipped over. Instead I had to find my own shipper, which ended up costing me and extra £180. At no point has Weilai offered to even compensate the amount that they would have paid to ship the chair to offset the amount I had to pay to have it collected and brought to us.
Immediately prior to the chair being collected, they informed us that the factory had made the chair wrong and it was grey instead of red. We agreed to continue with a grey cashmere chair, but when our shipper brought it to us, we discovered that it was velvet and not cashmere.
After weeks of follow up with Weilai to try to get this resolved, the only offer they have come up with is to refund the purchase price and collect the chair themselves. They have not offered to refund the additional shipping fee that we had to pay to get the chair brought to us. So at best, even if they did refund the amount, we'd be out the £180 shipping for them making the wrong chair.”
“We have ordered and received two 3 seater sofas, a sofa bed and armchair. We are so impressed with the items we have received. They look fab and were reasonably priced, especially the sofas. The lead times on items have been long and sometimes extended beyond what is expected but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend their products.”

“Ordered an expensive dressing table. The first one arrived scratched. Took them months and dozens of emails to replace the scratched pieces. The replacement was even more scratchedand couldn't be constructed as the holes and screws didn't match. They refused a refund or replacement as it was past the initial 14 days. Aboslute shambles of a company. Do not buy from them.
I put a negative review on their product page. It was the first review in nearly a year. An hour or so later a new positive review appeared so mine would no longer be at the top. All the reviews look dodgy”
