Made a booking 3 days before travel - for my parents going on their holiday. They do not speak English and needed to be picked up by someone reliablie who would wait for them at the airport. In the evening before the trip I got an automated message confirming by booking was credited / cancelled. No explaination, nothing. Would never use again

I was very satisfied with this company. They communicated via email for every turn and event. The prices were reasonable for the standard of service. They communicated the drivers name and photo so there was no mistaking who was to pick you up. Very comforting.

Driver showed up an hour late. Never got a reply to my contacts but claims he did. Our Hop-On-Hop-Off vouchers were not accepted by the bus and had to pay. Too way too long to get a refund from Welcome. They were more interested in why the voucher was not accepted them to reimburse us. The ride via a taxi would have been easy to do (cabs waiting right outside of baggage pickup) - in fact our driver was using a taxi. The senior fare from Hop-On-Hop-Off was cheaper than Welcome.

Hello - first, we want to apologize for your driver's tardiness - we have addressed that directly in our cooperation with him. This is never an acceptable way we want to treat our travelers. For the bus ticket, we were able to get ahold of the provider who apologized to us, stating that they accept full fault for this mistake since your voucher should have been accepted. As for the senior prices, we charge the same as the provider. Our travelers are able to choose an adult or a senior ticket upon checkout. We do use licensed drivers in each city and in certain cities, regulations require that they use a taxi vehicle rather than their own cars. By our standards, they are required to be in good, clean condition and comfortable for the traveler - along with our other benefits, this sets us apart from the other taxi options. We hope that you enjoyed being greeted with your name on a sign, given water, a map and a bag as well as conversation around your destination. We hope you will allow us to serve you again during your travels and accept our apologies for your frustrations during this trip. Thank you, Welcome Pickups Team

Do not use this service at the Amsterdam airport. The driver waited in some obscure area, and we were provided no information about where he was and how to find him. When I complained, I was told that he was at the airport (probably) but we had been told where (NO). we took a taxi and ate the expense for the Welcome driver.

Cancelled our taxi four hours before it was due to pick us up. By this time, we were already on our flight and unable to book an alternative. Further, they only notified us of the cancellation by email – imagine if we didn't have roaming enabled – we would have had no idea!
