“We saw this company recommended on ferry hoppers and decided to use it as we were travelling between 3 islands. As it happened it was the only thing we could rely on during our trip. We had problems with hotels being overbooked, ferries being cancelled etc but I was able to change our bookings online each time and they never let us down. Particular thanks to Alexis who picked us up at Heraklion airport and did most of our transfers on Crete. All the drivers were friendly, polite and reliable but Alexis went over and above what would be expected and really helped make our holiday stress free! Thank you all so much .”

“what a disappointment booked well in advance firstly collected us from euro in paris and 3 adults swashed in back of car due to having a baby car seat in front. On pick up day from hotel failed to pick us up due to traffic and delays of presidents funeral. A professional driver would l leave earlier and plan a different route. this caused us to miss the euro as we had to get either a taxi or the metro where the metro was the best option.Welcome pick ups didn't keep us up to date we were ringing them. When finally getting next euro it cost an extra 147 euros plus the metro and ringing Edward at welcome pickups i was offered the metro price back of 5.70 and they wouldnt give nothing back for the euro when it was there fault. Be carefull all a great weekend in Paris ended up as a nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! We have finished yet with this!!!!”

“We didn't had to wait at the airport. Ur driver was already waiting and we could start our vacation quick. The driver gave us lots of helpful tips for Barcelona wich was nice :)”

“Five days ago, I posted a negative review of Welcome Pickups. I am posting another review because I am very impressed with the wonderful customer service that took place after my taxi ride was cancelled. I immediately received an email requesting more information and then an agent actually called me when I was back in the USA to listen to my issue and offering me a discount the next time I traveled. Clearly, customer service is very important to this company and I am willing to give them another chance. Mistakes can happen to any company and their response to our problem warrants a 5 star review!”

“I found the communication (3 texts to assure me they'd be there) by Welcome Pickups to be excellent. My pickup from my Athens hotel to the Airport was on the money. The driver, Sotirios, was efficient, courteous and friendly and a safe driver. I shall most surely use this service again.”

“I used Welcome Pickups in Prague and Istanbul and was not disappointed. Drivers were on time and were so friendly and nice. Especially arriving in Istanbul, my flight was delayed, I had to get a new evisa, and my phone battery died during the flight so I couldn't call my driver to let him know I arrived but was delayed. However, the greeter and driver both waited patiently for me. It was such a relief! Thank you for the great service!”
