“Anyone can experience a problem with a service company. However few companies will stand behind their name and reputation to make the client satisfied. Based on their problem resolution, I’d give a 5 out of 5 stars, but I need to give a ding for the initial problem. I definitely recommend them for your next transfer.”

“Service parfait chauffeur très professionnel à recommander n a pas hésité à faire un petit détour pour me déposer au plus près car c était ma première venu à Casablanca. N hésite pas à donner des explications sur l histoire de Casablanca entre l aéroport et le centre ville. 10/10”

“Welcome have a drive that we used for some of our trips and airport drive. Her name is Glykeria , she is wonderful! Reliable, knowledgeable on areas in Athens, on time. Price is right Reservation was easy, confirmation we got immediately, their app is good.”

“Really glad I found this service! The reviews helped me so wanted to add my own. It’s barely any additional cost (to Uber etc) and we’re using it multiple times now in Europe without issue. Really nice especially for airport transfers—arrival when you’re tired or departure when you may be concerned you can’t get a taxi etc, you don’t have to worry about it. Reliable and good drivers.”

“Where do I start. We arrived in napoli, Italy to find that our driver cancelled 1 hour before pick up from the airport whilst we were still in the air. We then had to organise another transfer to get to our destination last minute which took a lot of time and was stressful. It gets much worse. Upon leaving the destination (I had booked transfers through this company from the airport and a return to the airport at the end of the holiday) I received an email at 1am saying the other transfer was cancelled. 1 am. We were leaving that morning. What a disgusting service. I can tolerate one cancellation for what ever reason but 2 in a row and we are paying a lot of money for this pathic service, it just does not add up. Please be weary if you book this company in the future. I am very easy going but this has been the worst service I have received. I am now left to organise yet another transfer hours before departure (yes, it's 1am.). Just don't use this service for peace of mind, I know it's harsh but I can provide emails with dates and times from when we booked (months in advance) to this hours before cancellation. Pathetic. Please see the attached emails from a 24h hour reminder with an assigned driver to a cancellation at 12:40am(morning of transfer). Never use this service.”
