“It's really easy to book online with Welcome pickups and our driver was lovely. We were so glad we had booked a transfer as we were quite tired. It just made getting from the airport to the hotel so much easier. I've already recommended Welcome Pickups to friends who are joining us.”

“Used in Istanbul from airport to hotel. Not the cheapest but very professional, polite, good English, bottle of water, clean and tidy car. Prompt on pick up and return. Good communication by email and What'sApp.”

“Excellent service, good value. Our driver, Erol, picked us up and dropped us off from / at a Istanbul airport. The communication was faultless, the car was comfortable and Erol was considerate and helpful Highly recommended.”

“terrible have had a on going issue since september 2019 due to welcome pick ups not picking us up have sent a number of letters recorded delivery to the coventry branch stated on web site and welcome pick ups not responding although i know that they have been signed for. DISGUSTING !!!!”

“We had to cancel trip to Barcelona at late notice (day before due to fly) due to illness. I requested the hotel (which had arranged pickup) to cancel the booking. They did not do so, and e-mailed me late in the evening before we were due to travel. I did not see the e-mail and the first I knew about it was when I received a text from Welcome Pickups telling me driver was at airport waiting for us. About an hour later I got a text from driver saying that he had been still waiting and at about the same time I got an e-mail saying that he was leaving, as I had not shown up. There was problem with communication and I did not succeed in advising driver I was not there and apologised. When I contacted Welcome Pickups later by e-mail and explained, and requested a refund the company agreed to refund my payment, although I would have understood if the company had not. This was exceptional service and response, which was all resolved in about four hours in total, with no further input from me. I will certainly use Welcome Pickups at my next opportunity and highly recommend it.”
