“so far, I’m impressed! One negative is the use of erithritol as a swetener, as many react to it with diarreah. There is a product called Just Like Sugar that is much safer, made if inulin fiber. It matches recipes cup for cup in quantities required. Found on Amazon.”

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you! As for inulin, we like the ingredient and have used it in our home for years. However, because it is a pre-biotic fiber, many people experience bloating and gas (especially those with SIBO). For this reason we discontinued its use in our products. The symptoms you mention about erythritol are VERY rare. Most people consume it in just about any quantity with no digestive discomfort. “I guess I was hoping to find a bread that tastes like the bread I have become accustomed to - like bread in the grocery aisle. Your bread is good, but doesn't taste the same as I was hoping for. It's nothing against you. Your bread is healthy! It is my taste buds. All the grain and gluten bread that I have tried is just too heavy.”
