“This was my first order and I really like how my bread came out. I added yeast to the recipe. I'm glad they told me to put waxed paper between the slices before I froze the loaf! I'm glad I ordered 3 bags.”

“We’re new to living gluten free and were daunted by what it meant giving up. But once I stumbled on Wellness Bakeries we were delighted and relieved to know we could enjoy favorites. We’ve tried your pancakes and pizza crust and love them! As my partner says “if I was served these pancakes at a B&B I’d want the recipe!” We actually love them more than pancakes from regular batter.”

“The product I ordered was the bread bake mix. I really was looking forward to trying this. I baked it up and could hardly eat it. It had this kind of, for lack of a better word, slimy texture to it that I didn't like at all! And I paid $15 for it! Sorry. I won't be ordering any more products. I'm really disappointed.”

“I will say the company was very pleasant and helpful. Great customer service and free recipes. I am new to this kind of restrictive diet. Everything I made was disgusting and made my whole house smell like eggs. Spent $70. on all that food. Another $40. on all the other ingredients needed to make anything. Wish I hadn't.”

“Tasted terrible. Consistency was not bad but we very much prefer "Against The Grain" and Canyon Harvest frozen bread to your product. Sorry but keep the coupon. We will not be purchasing this again!”

“I am looking forward to trying your product, Miracle Bread. I've had it for a while now and have been unable to make it because I cannot find a 7.5" X 3.75" loaf pan anywhere. Is it possible you could have added a little more ingredient so that a standard size pan could be used? Thx Steven”

“I had low expectations for this bread but I decided to give it a try because I miss my morning toast. Smells good, very fluffy and tastes great. Had try it warm but I'm sure it will be great after it cools.”
