“Alisia is not only fantastic at listening but also at actually understanding what the issue you are trying to convey is, she is incredibly perceptive. I've worked with many therapists over the years and ently say confirm that Alisia is not only knowledgeable but is particularly proactive in her responses providing helpful exercises and techniques.”

“This is my first time trying therapy and Emily was patient in listening to responses and seems engaged about my desire to evolve and become a better me. I am novice to this process so outside of the main formalities I don’t have much of a review at this time, but as a intro to therapy she is a skilled professional. I am excited to navigate this with her and I feel elated to work with someone who values systemic wellness and has a diverse background and understanding of how to see the full scope of human behavior and thinking.”

“Anais is always so warm and welcoming. I would love to receive a few more nuggets of insight to help me process the why of what’s going on around me. It helps me have compassion for others and therefore I’m able to manage my emotions in a more productive way. At this point I feel it is a vent session, which is good but maybe there is more I could be doing to get the most out of therapy. I also don’t think 30mins is enough time to really delve in but I also don’t have the budget to fit two back to back sessions.”
