“Ordered the 30" Luxury pre-lit wreath on the 19th November and it arrived 3 days later.
I have seen this wreath on lots of Instagram posts and it didn't disapoint.
I decorated it in Blush pink and Champagne gold this year.
Next year I will upgrade too the 100cm wreath and use this one I side.

I made an item for 4 items on the 6th December with a 3-4 day delivery.
It got to the 12th and I had still not heard anything or received my order.
I emailed with no response. I then looked at reviews and emailed again to state I was taking further action. Still no response or no products.

“We had to wait 3 weeks for our tree and couldn’t get hold of anyone, but we did receive generic email updates and we were so happy when we could see that at last our order was being processed for delivery. I have to say the tree is absolutely gorgeous and we’re delighted!”

I paid premium delivery for a tree stand ( 1-2 days delivery) ...have heard absolutely nothing despite 3 emails and multiple attempts to call them.

“I wanted to return a Garland as it was unused and not needed still fully boxed and untouched, I ordered 1 to many. Wanted to arrange a “hassle free return” The support line does not answer it just says no support staff are available, there is no way of getting hold of anyone. I need a returns label. I email the support@ email 5 times and no one has come back to me. My 30 days is near to running out, you cannot reach them. Terrible customer service. Even if I pay to return it, it may not be refined back to me.”
“VERY disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered a Christmas Wreath on 11 November, payment was taken from my account on 12th. I emailed on 19th and then on 23rd requesting a delivery date. NO REPONSE. Also no response on the phone, just a recorded message telling me to ring back. Finally received an email apologising for delay and assuring me that item would be despatched in 5 days and they would advise me of tracking number. Finally, when I had still received nothing, on 03 Dec I requested a refund . I am SO GLAD that I paid via Amazon Pay, as THEY have arranged a refund. I have still (on 17 Dec) received no communication from WeRChristmas, except they had the audacity to send me an email wishing me a Merry Christmas !!! and advising that orders placed after midnight on 9th Dec would continue to be processed, but pre-Xmas delivery could not be guaranteed. Unfortunately, I didn't feel inclined to return the good wishes, and I will certainly never have anything to do with this company again.”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is appalling I made 2 orders on the 30th November with the promise of my delivery coming in 3-4 days, It is now the 11th December and I have had no shipment email, tracking or anything. I have contacted them 4 times via email as they do not answer the phone requesting my order is cancelled and I would like a refund but no reply. I understand it is a pandemic and deliveries can be slower but I have since ordered a christmas tree from somewhere else and have had next day delivery. I have opened a bank dispute today so fingers crossed I will get my refund. DO NOT BUY !”
“Very quick to take your money and then fail to deliver your goods. I ordered a Christmas tree through them and on their web site they say it will be dispatched in 3 to 4 days. It didn't arrive so I tried to contact them, the phones are switched off, they haven't answered my six emails, they don't respond to the numerous comments on their Facebook or Instagram account. I have contacted Trading Standards through Citizens Advice and put in a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Google this company through buying and read the reviews. Don't buy from them, there are many people without their goods and fighting to get their money back.”
“This company isn't even worth the one star. They take money, don't deliver, won't answer the phone, don't respond to e-mails and are treating buyers with total and utter contempt. The only positive is that there are so many people on review sites saying the same thing, that hopefully others will be warned and not end up having to chase a refund like myself and so many others.”
