“Horrific company - £590 order on the 31/10/20 - no communication for several weeks, telephone switched off and finally get a reply email suggesting items would be 48 hours to no avail, then get an email saying two items out of stock and refunded and items would be five days and guess what no items! Not replying to emails and left completely worried if I will get my items - spoiling such a special time and creating upset like this for customers is appalling! Do not buy from this company!”
“They have taken my money and not supplied the goods. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. Worse than that, they tell you if you email more than once it will take them longer to reply. So you are left just wondering if you will ever receive your goods or a refund. Absolutely appalling.”

“Absolutely shocking, takes orders and money, then no contact and order cancelled without a reason why. No response to any communication. Terrible service, have to go through PayPal to get a refund on the 2nd order I stupidly placed with them!!!! ! NOT HAPPY!! 😡”
“I actually had a fairly positive experience initially. The tree I ordered was delivered within the timescale given.
It’s only when I had to get in touch about a faulty connecting cable for the lights that I realised there’s absolutely no customer support in place. Similarly to everyone else, I emailed almost a week ago and have yet to hear back and can’t get through by phone.
I consider myself one of the lucky ones that this is my only issue. Will never use this company again.”
“Avoid at all costs! Made an order on 4th November for all our lights and some new items, thought it was strange that still not received anything by 24th November so decided to make contact but received no reply then received an automated email on the 28th November stating that my order had been canceled and refunded? Never experienced such awful customer service from any company that I have ever delt with! Now trying to get the items I ordered (well in advance) ready for Christmas decorating.

“Placed order on 8th November and the website said 4 days for delivery. That time elapsed so I sent the first of many emails to which I got no reply. The customer service number just goes straight to an automated American lady who tells you nobody is available - this is at anytime of day. Finally got an email on 27th nov to say I’d receive the tree in 5 days. On the 30th nov, I got an email saying I wouldn’t be getting the tree at all. It remains to be seen whether or not I’ll get a refund.”
“Would be zero...they don't respond to phone, emails or social media. Tried to cancel my order...they ignored all my emails etc. and took my money. Have now sent item which I had cancelled and it is not up to standard. No despatch note or returns label and no response when requesting they arrange pick up or send returns labels. Avoid at all costs.”
“I should have done my homework on this company, it looks like it takes payment for orders they know they can't complete, you have to chase them for weeks over social media as they don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails then you get a refund. “I had to contact the company over Facebook and Instagram to chase up my order as they don't have a working contact number and they didn't answer my emails, my item was saying it was shipped and after a long time they finally messaged me to say they have refunded the order.
I don't believe they even intended to send it in the first place.

“Gosh, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered over £400 worth of Christmas decorations from them on the 4th of November and now, I'm just being ignored even though i was promised that the latest time I would receive my order was the 16th of November.
My kids are so unhappy we don't have a christmas tree yet!
The worst part is that they are still currently selling on Amazon too in addition to listing on their website. Please stay away from these guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM "WE R CHRISTMAS"”
