Would avoid. Complete waste of time. Placed order on the 7th of December, it didn’t arrive in the shipping timeframe. Emails to enquire where it was ignored. I emailed to request a refund on the 24th again no response. Item finally shipped on the 28th of dec - after Christmas!! I emailed to ask for a returns label and about a refund again no response. Worst service ever

This company should be re named We R NOT Christmas. Order placed 1 December 2020. 10 Jan 2021 WeRChristmas advise me that my order has been dispatched and Hermes advise me that they have my parcel for delivery!

So, up until today I would not have given WeRchristmas any stars! I ordered my 8ft pre-lit Balsam fir Christmas tree on 6th December and received it today! For communication, I give zero stars! I tried like everyone else to call and email. I turned to cancel, I asked for a refund and I opened a dispute with PayPal. Still nothing! ... all of a sudden I was notified that it had shipped but couldn’t track it. SO frustrating! ... today my tree arrived! ... my 3 star rating is for the tree, and the tree only. It really is fantastic. I assembled it to check the quality and that it actually was pre-lit. All in all, I really would not recommend WeRchristmas purely for their poor customer service. I would however, recommend their products. I hope they can learn from these dreadful reviews. Communication is key and is the only sure way of keeping customers happy. I wish the business success for the future and really hope they learn from their mistakes.

Frustrated, annoyed, disappointed - Ordered tree £159.99 end of November, and still no tree has arrived. I have emailed about 20 times, tried ringing (American automated voice) no reply, left messages on their FB page and still no response!!! What can be done next? Doesn't even deserve one star!!!!

1 star: Bad Just now DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Advertised my Christmas light would be with me on standard delivery within 3-4 days. Ordered on the 6th December and when they still hadn’t arrived before Christmas I wrote to them asking to cancel the order. My emails were met with silence and after repeatedly sending more mails they bizarrely cancelled the £7 adapter but not the lights, which arrived 5th January!!!! Never once did they apologize or answer my emails. They are absolute con merchants.

They guaranteed delivery before Christmas if you ordered before the 18th Dec. I ordered on the 15th. I asked them to cancel my order as it hadn’t shipped yet on the 27th. Ignored. Was shipped on the 29th. Delivered the 2nd. Asked for refund form on the 2nd. No response. Used Facebook to also ask for refund form. Still no response.

Ordered potted pre lit and decorated christmas tree. This was on 5th December , it arrived on the 2nd of Januar,with several baubles off and no way of re attaching them. 12 e mails sent but no response. They say they're working round the clock, what a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered lights 28th November, for our little boy, he has Down’s syndrome and absolutely loves Christmas lights and we wanted to make it special for him after such an awful year. Order said 3-4 working day, no sign of anything 2 weeks later so emailed the company as no way to phone them. They didn’t even bother to respond, 20th December we got a dispatch email, and they arrived today, 31st December. Shocking customer service and an upset little boy. We’re not a well off family so couldn’t even afford to buy other lights. Disgusting company.

Ordered Tree 5dec after seeing one purchased by my son which he had delivered in 3 days mine still not delivered by 20th tried ringing and e mail no response e mail Xmas eve to say it was being despatched to courier who also e mailed to say they were waiting it’s arrival at their depot arrived New Year’s Eve not major problem considering what’s happening at moment. Businesses are having major problems with their own deliveries at moment although they could communicate with customers. Really pleased with Tree now it has arrived.

So because they don't like my opinion I've been blocked from posting on their Facebook page, and they are not responding to my messages now! Placed my first order with these mid November ans swiftly received my order, however one of the items was incorrect but granted they swiftly supplied the correct transformer. Placed a second order at early December, no sign of the order by second week December so finally managed to get a response that one item was out of stock and the other would be shipped, waited a few more days and as the item hadn't been shipped I went to their address in Southport and was able to collect there and then. Noticed the item that was out of stock was now back in stock so placed the order, a week later got a tracking number that didn't work, eventually got hold of them and they said I'd got the wrong tracking number and the item had been delivered... it hadn't! After some tooin' and frowin' they issued a refund (I suspect it was never shipped, or was sent to someone else). Put decs up Christmas week and the arch from the first order wouldn't light up, sent several messages for a returns label to bo avail. Messeaged through Facebook and was blocked! Thankfully the latter was ordered through Klarna who have advised of multiple customers having issues and they will be in touch this week to resolve the matter on my behalf. This company are an utter disgrace!

Ordered £35 worth of baubles first week of December, still hasn’t arrived, still no response or refund. My credit card company are now looking into it

I ordered a slim pre lit frosty tree and when it arrived the lights on the top part of the tree didn’t work. I have sent 18 emails and countless calls to request a returns label to get a refund but I have been ignored and still have a faulty Xmas tree that cost me £65 not happy with this company no customer service at all

Worst company I have dealed with. They took my money, no updates, 2 weeks later they cancel half my order,theyve never replied to my emails, then a month later on 27th Dec they email me to declare my christmas decorations are on the way. Avoid avoid avoid!

Poor service. Tree was delivered late. Nothing like the picture with some branch arms broken (not WeRChristmas fault). They do not answer emails. Over last 3 weeks sent 4 emails, plus website messages. Happy to take your money, with no customer support. Will raise with credit card. Its a real shame as the site has some good products, but will never buy from them again. Read the reviews, if you buy from here you take the risk (50% unhappy)

Ordered a wreath in October,received email to say that it was dispatched on 4 th November have emailed 5 times no reply,needless to say this is 25 th December and no wreath absolutely disgusted.

Ordered Christmas tree beginning of November. After they had postponed the delivery I tried to cancel. They never accepted my request to cancel because they had already dispatched it. This was a blatant lie - it still never turned up. Tried cancellation again and again - no luck!! Terrible service! In fact, the worst service I’ve ever come across! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete con!!

I’ve contacted them 10 times to cancel the order including within 24 hours of making it. They still delivered it, I still don’t want it and can’t get hold of them despite countless messages on their website, emails, contacting them on Facebook, instagram and Twitter I’ve had no response what so ever and am unable to return items which I cancelled within 24 hours and have still be charged. I’m £135 out of pocket
