“I purchased an illuminated outdoor-reindeer from them. The product was of excellent quality, and its price was very good. But the whole process ( sadly, for both myself and for WeRchristmas ) was rendered a complete waste of time because the courier ( namely Royal Mail ) not only delivered the item to the wrong address but also inflicted heavy damage to the parcel and to its contents. When WeRchristmas learned of the problem, they asked for the return of goods and then rapidly reimbursed me. Based on this, I'm happy to fully recommend WeRchristmas to others. That said, I've suggested they employ some other courier.”
