“Great customer service from Westbrook Cycles. Found the store from google when looking for a new chainset. They answered quickly to email and were friendly on the phone when I called to verify product information and shipping options. The only thing they lack is an express shipping method. When ordering something expensive I like to use a 24h courier service like DHL or UPS express. It's a nasty waiting time between having already paid and not having the goods yet. But overall a great shopping experience.”

“Being my first time to purchase from Westbrook cycles I did not know what to expect, absolutely brilliant service and after service all round 10/10, I’ve been cycling for over twenty years and would definitely recommend online purchase from these guys. “I am impressed with Westbrook for their dealing with any niggles with my order - they are at least as good as CRC (this was my first order), and way ahead of Woggle...sorry, my keyboard won't even let me write the name. Their customer service is 5*.”
