“Ordering online was so easy, great choice of products to choose from, the courier kept in contact throughout the delivery process and the added option to have the item delivered to a neighbour was excellent. 10 out of 10 keep up the good work”

“I ordered a minoura seperate speed / cadance sensor. Received the item promptly but upon opening the box it was actually a combined sensor I received. This was not what I needed for my set-up, fired off a quick e-mail which was responded to right away, sent my item back and as the item was no longer obtainable received a full refund even including my return shipping costs (unsollicitated), this only costed Westbrook money and still the service was first rate. highly recommended”

“I had never heard of Westbrook cycles,I found them online when looking for a turbo tyre but there service and communication and willing to help is absolutely second to none, and delivery is superb, I will definitely buy from them again and thoroughly recommend them. “Very pleased with the service received through Westbrook Cycles. Price match was agreed with no fuss and website altered straight away. A good rate on Topcashback means I will use this company again over competitors. Delivery of my wheel was hassle free as the courier company kept me up to date by text. “Excellent service. If all companies where as good as this it would make the world of internet buying a better place. Ordered my my bike late on Tuesday it arrived on the Thursday. I emailed them about a price promise on some pedals had an email after 2 minutes saying they'd changed the price and matched it. Unfortuantley I had to return the pedals as my wife had bought me some as a suprise, I returned them on the Monday had an email on Tuesday saying it had been refunded. First class services if your thinking of buying from these guys just do it you won't be disappointed. Look forward to using you again in the future. Mark Fox”

“Great customer experience. The guys at Westbrook changed the chain set for me as there was no compact bikes left in my size. The cost of the bike was amazing value in the sale and to top it off, Paul discounted by another £50 as he has price matched for another customer (which he didn't need to do as I would've never known). It's this type of customer service which means that I will be definitely going back to Westbrook for my next bike. Top marks all round.”
