Waiting for more than two months to get my money back...

Ik heb nog nooit een review geschreven of ook maar gedacht aan er één schrijven, maar voor westwing maak ik graag een uitzondering. Black friday heb ik mezelf getrakteerd op een set beddengoed en nieuw hoofdkussen. Goede prijzen, maar alsnog een investering voor me. Zin in! Westwing stuurt mij het verkeerde product. Kan gebeuren. Ik neem contact op met klantenservice, die geven aan dat mijn bestelde product niet meer op voorraad is (wat later een leugen bleek), dus dat ik twee keuzes heb: het verkeerde product terugsturen en mijn geld terug of het houden en voucher €15 ontvangen. Ik vraag om een andere kleur. Dat kan niet. Dit zijn de enige opties. Inmiddels zijn de black friday deals over en is mijn product in prijs verdubbeld. Wat dus wél nog op voorraad bleek!! Daar wordt geen oplossing voor geboden. Immers, als ik foutieve product terugstuur en het juiste opnieuw bestel, kan ik nu het dubbele afrekenen. Als ik het verkeerde laken hou, heb ik €15 en een lelijk laken, fudge no. Ik heb sinds 2 december een keer of 15 contact moeten opnemen met Westwing, zodra ik er niet achteraan ga, stopt het contact. Ik moet vechten voor een fatsoenlijk antwoord, wat ik overigens niet krijg. Eindelijk krijg ik een normaal persoon aan de telefoon. Die mee denkt. De oplossing is nog steeds EXTREEM omslachtig, maar wow ik krijg iig m’n bestelde product voor dezelfde prijs. TOCH?! Nee. Ik spreek af dat ik foutief ontvangen product terug stuur en dat dat geld automatisch binnen twee weken teruggestort wordt. Ook wordt mij gezegd dat ik het laken dat ik aanvankelijk had besteld en wilde, opnieuw kon bestellen voor de veel hogere prijs en via omwegen het verschil terug zou krijgen. Ik heb dat netjes en op goed vertrouwen gedaan: ingepakt, afgeleverd bij afhaalpunt, m’n eerder bestelde laken nóg een keer besteld voor €65 ipv €35, doorgegeven wat ik moest doorgeven in de mail (‘ik wil het houden’ ja duh). Ik heb bijna 5 weken later nog NIKS VAN BEIDEN BEDRAGEN GEZIEN!!! Ik heb meerdere keren mensen aan de telefoon of mail gehad die zeggen: het is inderdaad mis gegaan met de terugbetaling, maar een oplossing wordt niet geboden. Inmiddels hijgt Klarna in m’n nek. Jullie zijn echt het verschrikkelijkste bedrijf waar ik ooit mee in aanraking kwam. Ik hield het niet voor mogelijk dat er zo slecht met klanten werd om gegaan. Een laken…… Had het geld gewoon teruggestort, gezien dit jullie fouten waren. Schoften!!! 🤮

Worst customer service experience I’ve had with any company, ever! We spent over €1000 on a new bed, that came missing the manual for assembly. The company does not have the manual, and there is nothing they can do to help us. This is not a real company, starting to believe this is a scam / fake company.

Terrible customer service. My purchase has not been delivered and there is absolutely no where to complain and claim for my money back. It has been almost one month and no answer whatsoever. Never, ever again! DO NOT BUY at Westwing!!

Krijg er maar eens centen terug... Mijn pakket werd verstuurd met een verkeerd en onbestaand afleveradres erop, dat kon ik zien op de communicatie van de koerier. Het keerde dus terug naar de afzender. maar probeer dan maar eens je centen terug te krijgen. Tot nu toe nog niet gelukt. Als het zou lukken, dan pas ik het hier in de review aan. Er is ook geen Belgisch telefoonnummer te vinden, dus bellen kost je ook nog eens centen.

Do not buy from Westwing. I made an order and wanted to return an item but they have refused me the right to do so. By law any buyer has a right to return a purchase within 14 days of receiving it without justification. I have reported them to Consumo in Spain and the European Commission to investigate.

Nos ha llegado el mueble roto, que parece de segunda mano. Ante la posible compensación o reposición, no nos ofrecen muchas opciones. Un mes de espera, nos retiran el mueble antes de la entrega del nuevo...

Ordered a clothing cabinet in February 2023. Original delivery date of April was not met, delayed a few weeks without clarity on exact delivery date. In the meanwhile, they reduced the price. When delivery finally happened in May, it was delivered incorrectly. They delivered two right-halves of the cabinet and the shelves were in the wrong colour. Sending new parts took again a few weeks with many broken promises on delivery dates. We were expecting a baby and really wanted to finish the baby room, but that did not trigger any understanding at their customer service, even after tens of emails. When we could finally finished the cabinet a few weeks later, we found out the pre-constructed drawer was delivered broken. Again, correcting this took many emails, broken promises and weeks of waiting. All in all, we got a very small discount, not in line with all the hassle and hours spent trying to explain ourselves to their customer service (seems to be offshore workforce of students). Quality of cabinet is mediocre too, screws cannot be tightened and wood is already bending after 3 months. Tip, don’t order at Westwing. It will save you much frustration and time. Mediocre quality and very bad service. This was our second Westwing order ever, and NEVER AGAIN. Both orders had issues.

Awful customer service. the fabric of the sofa started to have pilling after 1 year. they asked me a lot of questions and pictures when I reported it. At the end, the feedback was like "we trust our fabric, it was tested a lot of times, and the reason of pilling might be pets". how did you come to that result? they even don't know if I have pets or not. they suggested to use razor to shave the sofa to get rid of the pilling. I also did how they proposed, and it didn't work of course because the sofa is defected. I want to put in the bin the sofa that I spent huge many for it. They are not willing to help and accept their fault at all. I hope that review will guide for people to avoid shopping from Westwing.

I'm giving 1 star because I cannot select 0 stars. Completely unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive. I ordered a product (a bedframe) with an absolute long timeline - 11 weeks - as mentioned by them on the website. Not only it did not arrive but they also didn't bother to let me know it will be delayed. They offered me a 25eur voucher for a 1.400 eur order that never came. Are you for real? Also, not really replying by email, not supporting to find a solution or save their reputation. You do not deserve your customers and I will not recommend your products nor services.

he comprado un sofá con 2 chaise longue hace 2 años y medio... I año y medio después, se rompió una de las chaise longue. Me mandaron otra al cabo de 1 mes y esta de nuevo se ha roto! Muy decepcionado con la calidad, nunca volveré a comprar en esta web

This organisation has no integrity, just read these reviews! Over-promise and under deliver and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time here, look around, you will find the same or similar products for less price. They are drop shipping, you order, they contact a supplier who then delivers.

One over priced and shoddy materials sideboard arrived and the one to match it even more expensive and arrived smashed. It's no wonder they're broken as they're marginaly tougher but no better than had they been made from balsa wood by a child. Tough to swallow at a price over €1500. Having contacted 4 times in different ways but not even an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Having already spent a few thousand with them before ordering these you would think they might look up their customer's track record (me) and see that I've never complained about any other item I've received. I will not buy from westwing again and I will go out of my way to dissuade anybody I know from spending money with them.

We received our 2nd order from Westwing today, it was even more disappointing than our first order. The first order was a partial defected product and Westwing replied: they have no more spare items to replace it. Our second order arrived today was NOT what we ordered and defected as well. The reply from Westwing was exactly the same as their previous one: they have NO spare item to replace their mistake but a partial refund. Be aware of the trouble and disappointment you might put yourself in when dealing with them.
