Well thanks for letting me know 😠 they will be here Thursday! Phoned Thursday to see if they have them? Nope!!!! Germany had a bank holiday they will Abe here Monday with delivery defiantly Tuesday. Fair enough!! Booked a day off work Tuesday ready to get them fitted! Monday comes and its 3pm with no contact with delivery information so I call again. We have you wheels but won't be ready till Wednesday. Absolute disgrace of a company which blatantly lies. The phone call was recorded which I'm currently making a YouTube review which will have the full conversation on. I've emailed today to cancel and refund the full amount. Especially if you're from another country, they will charge you and not give you any other confirmation. It's been over 1 month since I placed my order and I'm constantly lied to. I can't speak with support, no one returns my calls, I can only get to someone on live chat and when I'm over there I'm switched from person to person with the mention that the order will be sent in the following week, but of course, I'm just being lied to. I'm constantly asking for a refund and they don't want to help. I'm not sure what to do next apart from talking with my bank and leaving these reviews.”
“Awful experience, they send me 4 alloys wheels with 4 different ET. What supposed to be a 2 days delivery was actually 2 weeks. They don’t publish bad reviews on their website. I’ll post some pictures. People should check what they receive, don’t take for granted what they saying, 4 different ET is a safety issue and I bet I’m not the only one in this situation.”
